Needless to say prophecy is moving right along as scheduled while man marches forward in quest of material wealth and world domination, at the expense of others. Does not matter which dogma one pursues, the signs are everywhere. Also dictated within ancient sacred texts is the fact many people will choose to ignore the obvious and follow the Pied Pipers of Deception to their inevitable doom. My question to them is; “Did you bump your head?”

Soon we will be introduced to the culprits who guided elitists to this end and many people will stand in awe of this reality, gads. People will consider them G*D’S like elitist ancestors did thousands of years ago. Others will quiver in fear, overwhelmed by this celestial revelation. I say “Screw’em!” and the Frisbee they flew in on. And that goes for those smack-talking spirits of darkness as well. These guys meddle with world governance, human emotions while moving the masses towards their own self demise, I hate that.

Spirits are just spirits and they are either good or bad. It does not matter what they say, look like or the junk they fly, plain and simple. We are in the midst of a major spirit war and it has already spilled onto our plain of existence. It’s a major part of the era we live since this influence is literally driving people crazy. If only folks paid attention to their sacred book or oral tradition this would be a no-brainer. There would be a practical understanding of our true existence without all the foolishness. Its not rocket science knowing how to deal with bonehead spirits just a little thing called absolute faith within your tradition.

Since all people posses the ‘gift of free will’ it is up to them personally to find their place in the real world. There is no free ride and people must jump through all the hoops before they can move forward. There are no short cuts and ultimately we all must travel the same path. If people don’t get a grip on the supernatural side of our existence they are toast and it does not matter how many bells or bibles they have. If Moses did not have a clue about the supernatural he would still be in Egypt picking cheese out of Pharos toes.

As far as space dudes are concerned, there are many. Get over the fact they exist, that’s old news. We hear about the browns, grays, reptilians but others are making an appearance these days. Within all space guys it’s the same drill as with spirits as far as sorting out bad guys. Appearances can be very deceiving since they look different anyway. People go ga ga when they encounter anything paranormal or out of the norm and that is the last thing you want to do. Constantine blew it big time. Charlemagne drove the point home and now the world is in the grips of pure evil because ancient elitist boneheads went ga ga over some spirit or space dude with flashy stuff and that sucks. Talk about Anti-Christ looking, in any event this religious razmataz took a toll on humanity and man has killed in the name of G*D ever since. Jesus, Jesus who? It would appear they blew off all the cool stuff Jesus and his dad had to say and misrepresented their sacred texts ever since. How far beyond stupid is that?

I don’t give a flying crappola if some space dude or spirit did help build pyramids and knew all the wonders of the world; if they hang out with the greed filled buttheads of world domination today, they can eat my shorts. My main concern would be if they are good or not and within my tradition I have ways of sorting these boneheads out. In fact; all traditions and religions have ways to deal with these juvenile delinquents of the paranormal. When you truly follow your custom, tradition, ritual, blab, blab, blab there is one thing you must have that is universal to all paths of conscience and that is ‘absolute faith’. You should also be walking in a good way as prescribed within your sect, provided your ilk does not require human sacrifice. That could be an issue in some municipalities. Hmm, I walk OK, just sometimes I trip but I don’t spill my beer eh.

You really must have no fear of any entity since fear is their fuel. Like the ole saying goes, “It’s better to be pissed off then to be pissed on” and you can’t take crap from them. Only you can give them the access to screw with you more intensely and that is through fear. It’s just street rules with dead guys when you think about it. You show fear they chump you and take your milk money. Stand up and don’t take no crap and they will back down. It’s just like being back on the streets homeboy/girl. Show face with no fear, have absolute faith within your dogma and get ready to box. You know your sacred homie has your back and that’s what I’m talking about. I don’t go to a gun fight with a picket knife on any level of my existence and neither should you. The help you need in dealing with evil and its conscripts is written with the pages of all dogmas and ideological principals throughout the universe.

For people who are sensitive, they are already experiencing the influx of more activity within the astral plain. Lots going on spiritually speaking as a variety of new spirits make themselves known on our plain of existence, there goes the neighborhood. To me the spirit world is more like a freeway on rush hour. There is lots of traffic and it’s easy to get lost if you miss your turn. You got to pay attention since there are many distractions that can really throw you off course. This is where you tippy toe into the den and pull out your sacred book and thumb through a few pages to get a clue what I’m talking about. I can’t tell you specifically how to cruise the spirit world, that’s your personal journey within your faith or principles.

It’s not just earthquakes, tornados, civil unrest or other catastrophic human events we as a global community must prepare for. The increased interface with the spirit world and all its inhabitants is a major component within the matrix of this time of change. This event also offers focus on the true nature of our existence shaking the very foundation and sensibilities of some people.

As far as prophecies are concerned; it’s full steam ahead. If you plan to survive the supernatural aspect of this epoch you better find your mojo.

Are Extraterrestrials Edible?

So it’s February 6th 2013 and I just dug my way out of a makeshift dwelling I built after my home and community was destroyed in December. Water is not an issue because it snowed, big time. Good thing my pair of Louis Vittons survived the cataclysms because everywhere the eye can see is in white-out conditions. To top it all off, I’m on my last Tanka Bar, haven’t seen a Snickers in weeks and I’m out of Pepsi so it’s time to forage for victuals. Besides, I had to go outside to pee.

Well, so much for global warming because the snow is now about 100 feet thick burying my part of the planet in a velvety white coffin. Not even power poles are visible anymore. After several days trekking around the new neighbourhood it has become all too apparent that everything is buried and totally out of reach. I can’t even locate where the 7-11 down the street where the ole stand by textured soy burritos used to live. To make things worse, I’ve already eaten my pets; Mr Turtle; who became my walking sandwich and Bear the Wonder Dog; only because he had designs on my joining his food group first. Just when despair and starvation begins to set in, a flicker of something shiny in the distance catches my eye. With the last spurt of energy I make a beeline for this last glimmer of hope. Or at least I hope it is.

Advancing towards what appears to be a metallic object it becomes clear that this is one of those UFO’s, stuck in the snow like a Frisbee in the sand. Well, the visions did say, “no one from throughout the universe would be immune to the wrath of nature in the time of change” and for this crew of extraterrestrials it would appear they are toast. Finding the spare key I open the hatch of this wondrous craft and discover 3 dead alien guys or girls or whatever the hell they are. If they are dudes then they needed some major Viagra since I can’t see their tiny willies, not that I’m looking. If they are chicks, where are the boobs?? They must have a boring sex life being test tube babies and all. And talk about buck ugly, they don’t even have a butt.

Now for the next question, where is their fridge or ice chest? Surely these guys had to eat and drink something. Maybe they still have some cow parts left over from their last mutilation. No telling which parts they might have but I ate a Mickie Dee’s mystery meat burger before so this should not be too different anyway. 100% Beef, what a sales pitch that was and people bought into it not realizing cows consist of more than prime rib and sirloin. In any event I scrounge around the craft and can’t seem to find anything at all to eat, not even a cow uterus. I mean there is nothing at all to be found, glove box and trunk are empty except for a few unopened packages of anal probes, pair of cheap sunglasses and a couple Jefferson Starship CDs. What would Survivor-Man or Andrew Zimmern do, I wonder?

One thing is for sure, these space dudes are not G*DS since they are deader than a door nail and on the bright side, they don’t stink to bad or appear rotten. They seem perfectly preserved, probably from being irradiated while tripping around the universe absorbing all those cosmic rays and stuff. Voila! I may have found sustenance after all, though they don’t appear to have much meat on them. But check out the head cheese and Survivor-man did say eyeballs are loaded with nutrients, or was it that Bear dude from the UK? In any event this shiny craft has become my cornucopia of survival food. But they do look a little funky with those meatless bony arms and legs. Gads, I just realized, since they don’t have an ass how do they, umm do their business? Here I am starving to death after a global catastrophe and all I can worry about is how some booty-less space dude craps? I need a life.

Dragging them outside of the ship, I proceed to slice and dice my celestial culinary adventure. Where is their frigging liver and all the normal goodies inside? The blood sort of looked like ours except for those metallic sparkles and that funny yellowish red tint. Gads, I hope they don’t have jaundice, granted my liver more resembles a jar of strawberry jelly so I should not snivel. Besides, it’s not nice to talk bad about your food. I must be more thankful and should not feel guilty since I did not whack the dudes and I am starving to death. Now if only I had some wood for a fire, I could have a Texas style BBQ, less the sauce, seasonings & spices and a pick up full of Lone Star Beer. Fortunately, I still have some survival garlic salt in my backpack. I should have backed some Picante Sauce. They just look so funky but crab and lobster never passed any beauty pageants either and I eat the hell out of them or should I say ate?

As I consume my little alien treats from space I am struck by the distinct aroma of sulphur and hydrogen peroxide in the meat and my mouth has a metallic sensation. Did I eat the space suit? Shiza! These boneheads are radioactive but with a little garlic salt they still go down OK. I can’t say they were that delicious because the meat had the texture of vinyl and foam rubber. I believe a red wine is in order but any wine would be OK considering it’s the end of the world. Then I ponder what reptilian space dudes might taste like and imagine they would be more like gator since they are lizards. There is more meat on them too. Cajun style star people sounds good to me. After all, they are not G*D’S, just an entrée.

Moral of the story: Remember to pack Garlic Salt, Mesquite Wood, and Picante Sauce in your survival gear. Yes, extraterrestrials are edible but in a time of extreme hunger and starvation, so are you.

Hey Suu Kyi, Senator Webb, Don’t Forget the War in Kachin State!

As we listen to feel good speeches and news about dignitaries from every planet in the universe clamoring to eat ngapi with Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, civil war continues to rage in Kachin State. People are dying and cities are being shelled by Burmese heavy artillery. Citizens of all ages are being shot at random and refugee centers are filling to capacity but oddly the humanitarian crisis is being ignored, completely. Then Senator Jim Webb praises the *“Historical Steps” the junta has taken. Surely he meant hysterical.

Burmese troops have invaded Kachin State and are in a major offensive against the Kachin Independence Army. The war is taking its toll on the civilian populations as Burmese troops advance raising villages and townships as they go. **Civilians have been tortured, raped and executed by government forces in Kachin State while attention has focused on Burma’s Metamorphoses. In realty it’s more like flipping a burger since one side is still on the fire. In this case the Kachin are still being murdered while the media rejoices over ‘breaking’ events and tea parties. It is a very good thing ‘prisoners of conscience’ are being released so I hate to rain on the parade but people are dying here. Why doesn’t Billary Clinton make a case for the Kachin people? Surely she heard about it since every Kachin (Jinghpaw) organization, exile and refugee on the planet contacted the governments of Canada, US and UK. Or did someone misplace the memo?

Since the Kachin are only about 1.5% of the population of Burma I guess it does not really matter what is happening to them, right? After all, Burma is about to open its doors and let freedom ring across the land. ‘Wal-Mart Superstores’ in Mandalay, ‘6 Flags Over Chin Mountain’ and ‘Hooters’ in Naypyidaw! Corporations have already begun to slice up the Burmese pie as her resources become ‘available’ in this latest round of junta sponsored Glasnost. Oil, Gas, Gold, Silver, Jade, Rubies, Emeralds, Rare Earth Minerals, etc and a cornucopia of agricultural resources are ripe for the picking. And let’s not forget the endless supply of cheap and affordable slaves, porters, and indentured workers eager to work for almost nothing, to the joy of the IMF and WTO. To top it all off, prisoners are coming out of Insein Prison and Aung San Suu Kyi is running around all over the place saying cool stuff and eating out a lot. She does not gain a single ounce body fat either. How do you do it girl?

Unfortunately not all of Burma’s riches are up for grabs. Remember those annoying Kachin’s and that pesky civil war thing Billary Clinton was oblivious to? Those Kachin people literally live on a gold mine. In fact, Kachin State is rich in a multitude of natural resources including gold. The primary reason the junta wants to exterminate this tribe of people in the first place is for their ancient sovereign land and its resources. There is a slight problem with Burma’s wholesale land grab when it comes to Kachin State though. The people are not buying into the junta’s bogus scheme one bit. They might be only 1.5% of the population of Burma but they are 100% pissed off and are not taking this lightly. After all, the junta is bombing them to pieces regardless of Thein Sein’s theatrics’ about peace negotiations. Sounds good in the world press but for the Kachin it’s business as usual while the junta shells Kachin State into oblivion in an internationally ignored civil war.

Gen. Than Shwe’s on going ethnic cleansing operation continues unencumbered in Kachin State to this day while the world makes pudding and sweet cake with the Burmese government. How come Billary Clinton failed to bring focus on the humanitarian crises in Kachin State as she paved the way for industry? Critical diplomatic leverage could have been applies at this opportune juncture provided anyone really cared. I hope this does not have anything to do with the Clinton Foundation’s cozy relationship with Barrick Gold, subsidiaries and their list of donors from the global mining and oil/gas exploration industries. The foundation has the audience of newly released Burmese comedian Maung Thura “Zarganar” and I find that v-e-r-y suspicious as well. What is that all about eh?

Surely Barrick and friends would benefit from the relaxation of sanctions and there is no question Kachin State would be a top priority for exploration and development of the vast resources this region possesses. There are billions in untapped wealth waiting to be exploited by foreign interests. Maybe Billary Clinton simply forgot about Kachin State while wrangling for a piece of Burma’s wealth like the rest of the world. She just forgot but as soon as she remembers everything will be OK, provided the junta has not succeeded in killing the Kachin first. Now that would be a “Historic Step” worthy of international attention; the annihilation of a race of people. How special.

The grandiose excuse the world offers for unprofitable humanitarian causes is the old stand by; “This is in internal matter”. But if the shoe were on the other foot and resources were in the hands of folks unfriendly with corporate developers this would be a global humanitarian effort filled with moral blarney on the air waves. They would supply the Kachin’s rockets, bombs, air support and a drone attack on Canadian targets just for realism. News wires would be abuzz with tales of the epic human struggle as Kachin people fight for their liberty. Unfortunately I don’t see that happening in the near future. Besides, the Kachin would not allow for international corporate interests to simply march in and turn Kachin State into a giant cyanide pit for gold extraction anyway. The land is sacred to the Jinghpaw, wow that sounds familiar. The axiom of sacred homeland simply does not fly with global conglomerates and investors that are eager to harvest Burma’s bounty. Then again I might just be a little paranoid since this is a reflection of Native American history. Come to thing of it, the world sat around while Euroid expatriates raided the America’s for that funny yellow metal for hundreds of years. The land was the spoils and the indigenous survivors of genocide were relegated to colonies or reserves. Hmm, now that was depressing.

It is like looking back in time and watching as my people are slaughtered by the US cavalry with Gary Owen playing in the back ground. The military junta of Burma is waging a war of ethnic cleansing in Kachin State and this is not getting any air time. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice the junta has begun doing cool things but it’s the same old smoke screen ploy Than Shwe is famous for. While he has the attention of the world directed elsewhere he is murdering people and in this case it’s the Kachin’s. And for some stupid reason the mainstream media is simply ignoring this humanitarian catastrophe in favor of nicer more palatable news for the west about Burma. Nothing fair and balance about that eh. But when you realize much of the media is owned by conglomerates who also own mining companies it’s easy to see why the Kachin are not getting press. Then again it could all be just one big coincidence.

The public should speak with Kachin’s struggling to locate loved ones in villages the junta just burned to the ground. Or console a Kachin whose family members were killed in the shelling of civilian targets by Burmese troops. The war in Kachin State is a very real and the reality is the civilian government of Burma is a sham regardless of the prisoner release and all the feel good press. The continued bloodshed in Kachin State is proof positive that nothing has changed in the grand scheme of things. It also proved just how powerless President Thein Sein really is over the Tatmadaw. Big Daddy Than Shwe is still in the drivers seat and that should be a no brainer. The junta has also managed to divide the spirit of democracy by offering peace to some while waging war on others in classic ‘Than Shwe Divide and Conquer’ flare. He is really good at this rouse and it’s only a matter of time before his thugs target public places to keep the divisions strong.

Will the beneficiaries of Burma’s new found humanity ignore the cries of the Kachin and other people who continue to be murdered? With other ethnic groups entering into agreements with the junta this provides a good opportunity to consolidate forces against the Kachin. And since no one is paying attention the junta will get away with genocide while the media praises Burma’s Metamorphosis. Maybe Senator Jim Webb should count the many “Historic Steps” Burma has already taken in the past only to arrest and kill its citizens later.

How about a few “Historic Steps” for the people of Kachin State???
Is the continued killing of civilians to politically incorrect to mention on this hysterical occasion?

If I stand alone on this issue, so be it. But I find it reprehensible that real criminals of the world are allowed to walk scot free with absolutely no accountability for destroying millions of lives. The numbers of the dead from suicide, starvation and murder from the epic losses sustained from Banker criminality places them in the ranks of mass murderers, military dictators and street thugs. That’s OK; we can ignore that since we are invested in the corporations they steal for. Its better we screw Americans, especially the pawns of corporate greed, our soldiers.

Funny how Bloody Bashar Al Assad of Syria can continue his campaign of wholesale genocide in the publics eye with torture rape and murder at his leisure and the daily news barely says a peep. Good thing Assad the Bloody has some very powerful corporate friends. Taking the Marine incident completely out of the context of war and bashing them by their own government officials was the most blatant act of treason our government could have committed. These soldiers were in a situation that civilians are completely insulated from, heavy combat and the urinatee’s only moments ago were trying to kill the urinators’ and so goes the spoils of victory. If someone was trying to kill me and I won, I would cut their frigging head off and mount it on a stick. Just stab that vertebrae below the skull in the disc and follow the dotted line, capice? Hmm, this has my PTSD all fired up and I will have some juicy dreams tonight. Gads, I live in the sticks and my neighbors can still hear my screams at night.

These Marines are not criminals and from what I witnessed over the years, their actions were actually a relatively mild act of revenge on enemy combatants. I can’t tell you how many noses, ears, fingers and scalps I’ve seen from friends returning from Vietnam, Iraq and places the media does not cover where soldiers fought for American interests. And this is true for the opposing forces that engage in combat and this tradition goes back to the time of the Sumerians. *The Skull & Bones of G.W. Bush fame was sued of the possession of Geronimo’s skull in their club house. People barely raised an eye brow and that was a very telling and reveling snapshot of a sick society come to think about it. You people are lost and deserve what is just around the corner because you have no loyalty to anything other than cash and stupid electronic toys that will soon be worthless. Screw it, enjoy the seeds of destruction you are planting in civil society but don’t come crying to me when you reap your bitter harvest. Besides, I just might make you a lawn decoration like at the House of Vlad. Wow, it’s PTSD City for me today. But then again it was said by my old crew I could eat a cannoli while sitting on a stack of stiffs. Yup, I can feel the anxiety from my PTSD already. If you ain’t been there, then you don’t know.

The fact politicians including Barry Obama and Billary Clinton were watching the capture of Osama Bin Laden live on satellite TV then ordering him to be murdered was probably the most obscene thing I ever heard a so called civilized nation do. What a fine example we made for the world. Osama was killed on White House Reality TV and the ghouls who watched with glee a live murder exemplified the pure evil that has descended on Washington. The soldiers only pissed on the dead in a common act of victory and they will most likely face charges, loose their careers, benefits and their futures for being soldiers in the heat of combat. This will be America’s darkest day because we’ve chosen to betray our own. I have more respect for the Taliban because they even said this incident would not have a negative bearing on the peace process. But let’s have a media conviction in the global kangaroo court of public opinion. Then toss our warriors in the trash like we did with democracy and the Constitution of the United States of America. Maybe we should just execute the Marines without a trial. That would save money and as we should know by now, money is everything for money is G*D.

The Clintons are batting a thousand; Bill sold American industrial might to China crippling the economy and turning the US into a service industry nation populated by college educated burger flippers. As a front man for the IMF he is the face of extortion for many third world countries according to economists in countries I’ve spoken to. Hillary and Barry O. have their hands drenched in blood for the murder of Osama Bin Laden. Rather than let him face his day in court with a strong possibility he would be executed upon conviction, we kill him and toss the body in the drink without any proof it was him? This is the actions of people with something to hide and it makes me wonder what Hillary and Obama are trying to cover up in the first place. After all, Osama was an international playboy with links to the best schools in the US while his family made billions from the US Government as a contractor around the world. Hmm, I wonder. But that’s OK and crimes against humanity in Syria are OK also since Assad is friends with corporate thugs, but let’s screw the Marines over for displaying combat fatigue and signs of PTSD. We can always draft more people since life is expendable and there are too many people on earth anyway. Maybe Barry O and Billary are bucking for another Nobel Peace Prize since it is clear they have all the qualifications. Silly me.

Oh well, if you don’t care then it’s all on you but as for me I stand with our soldiers who are more a victim than criminals. You train them to kill then you jail them when they do. When they are discharged you screw them over and rob them of benefits and poison them with tons of experimental drugs while reporting to pharmaceutical companies with test results. Do VA Officials get paid vacations like bogus pill doctors do for prescribing these toxic poisons to patients in this grandiose experiment with human life? One day this scam will be uncovered and American’s will wonder why our finest men and women who gave their all were treated like dirt after fighting wars then treated like guinea pigs when they came back home. I know heroes from the Vietnam War who still struggle to get their back pay from unconcerned VA officials who never pick up the phone. This holds true for the vets today and suicide has become the other alternative for our wounded heroes. My brother Rayburn was in the Third Marine Division in Vietnam and he gets a big fat zero from the VA. I could write a book on the atrocities being committed on our vets by worthless scum bags who don’t even know what the smart end of a rifle is. Shame on you, shame on America.

As the vermin of political corruption dissects the world while destroying democracies and preparing for civil unrest from angry citizens they betrayed, nature has another idea. And it’s a good thing since man is either powerless or just too stupid to see the trees for forest. The laws of nature will not be abridged or ignored and it’s the elitists and their minions who are earmarked for extinction by natural selection. They may rule their fellow man with an iron fist, fanciful lies and deception but they are helpless kittens in a cardboard box by comparison to nature and the elements of the four directions. Betrayal is the moniker of the greedy and it has become the law of the land for all intents and purposes. Semper Fidelis is the moniker of the United States Marine Corps; it means ‘Always Faithful’ and it’s in direct conflict with the status quo and the axiom of global greed.

Treachery and betrayal are also critically important signs within all the dogmas of the world. They verifying the time of change marking the final countdown to the end of this cycle of deception, hate and greed. But you should already know that if you were really a Muslim, Christian or any other dogma you claim to be for that matter but maybe you are just as much a fraud as the rest of them. It was also prophesized the majority of the populations would march to their own demise following the false prophet or profits anyway. Just remember that man will run neck and neck with nature as we approach the conclusion of this cycle. But it will be an exercise in futility since man is destined to fail even before Ma Earth flexes her muscles proving exactly how powerless mankind really is and I don’t feel sorry for you one bit. What comes around goes around.

I must admit I was shocked but not surprised to see Marines pissing on dead enemy conscripts. Especially since I just did a story on how stupid it was to hate all Muslims. But when you realize they face death every day with their buddies being blown to smithereens from land mines and suicide bombers it is clear they are already suffering from emotional fatigue. They don’t need an Article 15 or summary court-martial, they need some therapy to help them deal with the stresses the mainstream media will undoubtedly ignore while painting our heroes in a negative light.

From a civilian point of view it would appear these soldiers with weak bladders are just being cruel and heartless. But in reality, the people lying on the ground are deader than a door nail and their spirits are long gone. These Marines were coping with the war from an emotional standpoint. It’s bad enough our soldiers have a hard time differentiating between the good guys and the bad but toss in the fact people are shooting at you and they all look the same. I know the sound of rounds whizzing past ones ears and it’s very humbling and terrifying. When someone is trying to kill you, you must rely on your natural instincts to survive therefore you must erase all the Sunday School morality you was raised with. Basically, you must become a natural born killer instantaneously, sight your target and blow their brains out first, or die. What do people think is going on in Afghanistan anyway?? But since they are American’s let’s screw them over for an event taken totally out of context and with absolutely no understanding about the mechanics of killing the enemy.

The military ingrains combat survival skills into each and every one of their personnel. It’s the name of the game to know when and how to engage enemy combatants with extreme prejudice and to be able to eat your MRE without loosing your lunch later. That takes discipline and rock hard determination but it comes at a price. No one really likes killing people by nature, well most people don’t anyway. But when the time comes to take someone out or be killed yourself, you MUST take care of business (TCIB). It’s at this TCIB juncture when you sight your target and squeeze out the first volley that your mind goes into auto-pilot, it reverts to the instinct that was ingrained in you during training and you become a natural born killer, and love it. There is nothing politically correct about combat training since you sing, live and breathe killing the bad guys and you learn how to use all those cool killing toys too.

Yup, you got to love it while you are popping off those caps and the enemy must be the target of your lead based affection. There is nothing pretty about killing someone but if you’re a Marine in Afghanistan it’s part of the job and you have to cope with it as best you can or you will loose your mind. It is these events that Post Traumatic Stress Disorders are made of. Sadly the VA and Mommy Pants Obama continue to ignore this and other issues our pride must endure whence they are discharged. I have relations still struggling to get bennies since the Vietnam War but that’s another story. But here is the part everyone needs to know about killing, in defense of our Marines. After a person whacked someone they are still high on adrenalin, I mean you are pumped up because you got the bad guys. If you and your crew are still intact you laugh off the firefight and have some fun. It’s not really fun but the person is still in kill mode and in the process of returning to normal the fun will have more of a morbid tone to it.

Gun fights are not fun but levity helps people cope with the severity of the situation. Firefighters, EMT’S, Cops, ER Nurses & Doctors and a myriad of emergency workers find that a little dark humor eases the inner stress from horrific and dire situations. For example; when I was in the Fire Service I used to call intestines ‘noodles’ because of their similarity when I was at the scene of an accident. I would not run my mouth with civilians and bereaved family members, that would be insensitive and cruel but I would chat with fellow emergency personnel as we coped with a tragic accident. People who did not make it out of a burning structure would be a crispy critters and so forth. It did not mean I was being disrespectful by any means but was just trying to find a platform to stand on emotionally while I was doing my job. My instructor at the EPA used to call some of the hazardous materials we were training with as Methyl Ethel Meatloaf because it would literally melt the meat off your bones when it comes into contact with flesh.

If I was cutting a person out of a car and their guts fell out I would mention that noodles were hitting the pavement. I was a pro with Hurst Tools but imagine cutting a car open with BBQ Beef all over the windows and you can see splattered kids in the back seat. Since I was a family man this scene hit home in a big way so I would distance myself from the norm and become super smoke eater and cut their bodies out like a day job. I would even assist in the collection of body parts, talk about BBQ beef, wear those frigging seatbelts paisan. If I was taped or recorded saying something that sounded cruel I would look like a bad guy but in context people would better understand the situation. Now we have soldiers who not only whacked the enemy but also saved their own skins in an adrenaline and emotion packed gun battle. With minds racing they try to shut down the killing machine within their souls then someone has to take a leak.

Off the wall, in an effort to add levity to this most deadly situation someone says, lets piss on these dead guys. Ha, Ha, Ha, sounds good at the time and the seriousness subsides as the crew pisses on a few stiffs that earlier tried to kill them. And for this; US Congressmen, Senators and other morons want to make political fodder out of soldiers who faced dead not a few seconds earlier. That is just plain wrong and it is clear people have their heads up their asses and need a piece of glass implanted in their belly bottom’s so they can see where they are going. These soldiers were not torturing these guys for they were already dead. Even the Taliban had the sense to realize the situation for what it was and chose not make a stink but I guess its open season for our soldiers from our own. The only real crime here was the random act of stupid for video taping this event and posting it online to a world who is searching for fault in America already. What were you thinking? It is shameful that politicians enjoin in the witch hunt against our Marines with enemies of our country just to look liberal or cool. In reality they are showing the Benedict Arnold side of their fetid persona by running their mouths without having a clue.

I may not like this Obama Peace Prize War but I love our soldiers who are giving their all in the battlefields of the world. With one son in the Navy, another in the Air Force, a daughter in the Air Force and one nephew just back from Afghanistan I have a duty to stand behind my kids and our military. It’s the politicians who use them as pawns and political poker chips for the corporate that I am sorely disappointed at. Sadly our politicians on both sides of the isle are invested in the Military Industrial Complex and war IS on the agenda, for fun and profit. Sounds like we are headed towards an African Peace Prize War, or is it Iran or Asia?

It just sucks that my kids are in the line of fire but I already made medicine for them so now it’s in the hands of Maheo. I bet you guys thought I was going to burn a goat and run around naked in some pagan ritual or something. Naw, I just pray within my tradition. Gads, I burn the goat at the Bacchanal, everybody knows that eh. Hmm, now I got to pee. Slide on over soldier and let me take a whizz on that dead guy.

Meanwhile back on planet stupid we find elitists struggling to gather as much cash, gold and oil they can get their hands on, at the expense of others of course. Slavery is at an all time high as stock markets ratchet out more corporate profits from cheap and indentured labor from China and other corrupt nations. Corporate Fascists pillage nation after nation with the blessings of investors and corrupt politicians. Humanity and compassion are in the scrap bin and the last vestiges of civil society died along with democracy and nobody cares.

So what if villagers were murdered by corporate funded private armies to build mines or bananas plantations and who could give a flying crappola about China and it’s on going crimes against humanity? It’s all about profits, material gain and that’s all that matters in this day and age. “There are too many people on earth anyway” is the contemporary wisdom of our politicians and their corporate handlers. The “Axis of Absolute Evil” is their moniker for they have blood on their hands and the profits they garnered are tainted with the souls of the dead. Sadly the investor will pay the ultimate price for their ambivalence for they are accomplices to epic human suffering and have blood on their hands as well.

Man is powerless to stop this cycle of greed and most people have become complacent, pacified with their flat screen TV and other electronic gadgets. When you think about it, we all have blood on our hands from our ambivalence since most goods are from China these days. I look at my computer and I can almost hear the cries of FOXCONN employees who work 6 and 7 days a week 12 to 16 hours a day so Hewitt Packard, Microsoft, Apple and other cartels can boast phenomenal profits. Then I look at my car and I can hear cries from Brazilian steel industry slaves producing pig-iron for US industries and the world.

They are actually native slaves working in the Amazon and living in fetid conditions. The list of firms profiteering from slavery is astounding and shameful; Fiat, Ford, GM, Toyota, Volkswagen, Renault, Peageut, Scania, Frigidaire and Volvo, just to name a few. Dare I mention the native farm slaves of Brazil and the corporations who benefit from these indentured souls? Here’s a partial list that will raise an eye brow or two; Wal-Mart, McDonald’s, Carrefour, Cargill, Bunge, Vale, Petrobras, and Mahle. This is only Brazil but rest assured there are a multitude of third world nations under the thumb of corporate hooligans who’ve extorted bribed and murdered they way into these nations, to the chagrin of their citizenry. Hmm, guess I’m a complacent lout as well eh.
The only thing world news is good for is verifying prophecy and observing the human condition since mankind is wildly out of control. Not even a world war will alter the fetid state of humanity for man has become blinded by lust and greed and will stoop to any level to garner a profit. In fact the military industrial complex is flourishing while lining the pockets of share holders, many of which are in congress on both sides of the isle. It’s funny in a dark and twisted way how it does not really matter which continent you are on because all citizens are at odds with their corrupted governments. If we all spoke the same language they would be saying the same thing about corporations and corrupt government officials who sold their nations out for personal profit. Tin horn dictators and world leaders are connected by the umbilical cord to a hand full of multinational conglomerates that control most of the mainstream media and financial institutions. In essence these cartels control militaries and the police forces of the world in this elaborate game of global chess and world domination.

To bad no one was paying attention.

There is no question I will be just as screwed as the rest of the planet when the crappola hits the fan. But in my case, I relish the coming change and I am well prepared to take my lumps and suffer along side the rest of you boneheads. Like the ole saying goes; “Bad money drives out the good” and you can bet your bottom dollar coffers around the world are filled with bad money. Ill-gotten gains are a curse within my tradition and tainted riches brings great sorrow for the beholder. I’ve seen this a thousand times before but never on a scale that encompassed the entire planet. It is what it is and all I can tell you is to prepare for the retribution that follows cursed or tainted profits. Don’t feel too bad, I lost everything I had several times in my life and yes, there is life after financial ruin. Sadly I have relations who never had anything in the first place other than a rez car with no registration and a cracked windshield. They still make it to socials and give-aways but my people are used to poverty. We’ve been in training since 1492.

When I was a poop butt kid I used to have many visions that scared the fry-bread out of me and it was about the era we are living today. I still have visions but I don’t get my boxers all knotted up about them. Toss in my oral tradition, prophecies from my ancestors and I can safely say we are going to have a wild ride as the new cycle takes control of life on earth. There is no one event that will mark this era but a multitude of seemingly unrelated events that will eventually overshadow mans impudence and greed. But it’s not the end of the world though it might be for some people and should be for others. We call it the humbling times for we will get our asses kicked for being so stupid and we have it coming big time. This is where I badger you into seeking out your dogma for particulars about the pending time of change. The answers are there for those who actually connect within their faith or ideological principal. Prophecies abound these days and you had better have a handle on your spirituality or you will be one lost puppy or deader than a box of rocks when the dung hits the fan.

December 21, 2012 is not the end of the world but it’s the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one. If those buttheads from Spain did not burn down all the libraries filled with Mayan codices than maybe we would have a better handle on the writings of this ancient civilization. One thing I do see is that the new cycle will definitely wreak havoc on the sciences since chemistry, physics and a host of other sciences will change destroying years of accepted theorem and bring scientists back to the drawing board. Scientists of the day knew the world was flat and scientists of today are equally as cocky with their all knowing posture. Well it depends on which scientists we are talking about since there are two breeds; scientists and government funded alchemists who bend and invent facts for political purposes, better known as flatulists with pocket protectors. According to mine and the visions of others there will be events occurring in nature on earth and space that man and their little green friends never before experienced or knew about. Yup, some of those space dudes will be just as screwed as us.

We are going to learn how and why a wooly mammoth was quick frozen in mid stride with food still in his mouth. I’ll wager it’s a temporary loss of atmosphere causing the temperature to suddenly drop to -455 degrees Fahrenheit. That cooled the heels of these ancient pachydermata. I just hope I am not doing something lame if and when I get quick frozen. Gads what a thought, to be quick frozen picking my nose or scratching my butt. Maybe the freeze will occur during the “shotgun blast from space”. That’s what I call this vision I had where a bunch of meteorites pummel the earth like a shot gun but I don’t know for sure when. All I do know is that space will come alive with events we never ever could have imagined. I just wish it would hurry up and get this show on the road because I’ve seen the future beyond change and it’s a good place. I used to be fearful of my visions and the time of change when I was a kid. Now I see this time of change as the only hope left for humanity. Whether I survive the cut or not is of no consequence for my time on earth is about done anyway. But it’s the future generations who survived I am rooting for because they will carry the torch for humanity once again, and that’s OK with me.

Hmm, sounds all to familiar but the reality is, Oligarchy is the wave of the future though it’s marketed as “Globalization or the New World Order” There is no need to point fingers since both sides of the political isle in the US and the so called free world are saturated with investor/politicians who’ve floated corporate interests before the needs of the people they are supposed to serve. Insider trading and stock manipulation are their tools of the trade. But that’s OK since it’s all about the money these days.

For that matter Russia and China don’t have communist leaders anymore. Putin and Medvedev both touted the cause for a new world order many times during their reign and steered Russia towards that fascist goal. Russia’s bogus election only picked a scab on a sore that will not heal and it was the last straw that enraged the people of Russia. Now the cat is out of the bag and Putin will resort to violence to retain his rule, but the people stand more defiant than ever before. Chinese thugs who’ve infiltrated the Chinese Communist Party have turned China into the world’s sweatshop to the joy of corporate fascists around the world. Mao would be turning over in his grave if he witnessed what China has become. After all, China is now ruled by the Landlord Class Fascists with the blessings of the World Trade Organization. Does not say much for the WTO since their membership reads like a ‘whose who’ in worldwide tyranny, slave labor and human trafficking.

If you remove all the borders, cultures and creeds you have two basic groups, the ruling or elite class and the subservient or working class. The protests or “Dawns” around the world are not secular by any stretch of the word because citizens are simply pissed off at lying politicians who front for corporations at the expense of the people. When you do the math or follow the money it becomes a fetid journey into the dark side of corporate corruption on a grand scale. Presidents, Kings and dictators from around the world are being fed cash under the table to allow corporations to rape their countries and kill their citizens. Africa, Central and South America are a testament to the wholesale slaughter of natives by private armies to clear the way for mines and plantations. *Chiquita Banana was convicted for funding right-wing terrorist organizations (FARC & AUC) who murdered Colombian villagers for plantation land. **Pig iron produced in Brazil for US Industries utilizes slave labor. Small wonder money is cursed for ‘profits from slavery’ is blood money.

Asia’s track record is of equal pall and human trafficking abounds to the joy of slave hungry corporations. China has a most lucrative Gulag System and the use of slaves is an accepted part of commerce. Western corporations have pounced on the opportunity to have cheap labor and divested in nations that adhere to laws that govern human rights and employer/employee relations. Environment? Forget about it. Trafficking labor and sex slaves is beyond epidemic proportions in Asia and corporatists have capitalized on the abundance of slaves. China is not a stable nation and is struggling with internal revolts from all quarters within its borders as of this writing. It’s only a matter of time before China’s dragon reawakens and consumes the evil that has victimized this once proud nation. And it would be poetic justice for corporate thugs who’ve abandoned America to be stuck in China when the revolution breaks out since they were in cahoots with the fetid Regime. The Chinese public knows who they are and where they live to. My bad……

Africa is a classic example of absolute corruption since corporations from around the world have landed with a vengeance. Tin horn dictators have a green light to censor torture and murder their own citizens if they pose a threat to the corporate cash flow that lines their pockets. Africa is a dark continent but not for the color of skin but for the evil that prevails in this resource rich continent. Why is it OK to subjugate the populations of Africa for corporations? The people of Africa, regardless of nation, should be wealthy or at the very least comfortable considering the trillions and trillions of dollars that was made or stolen by a hand full of people. It’s a corporate free for all as the world strips Africa of all her natural resources while giving her citizens nothing in return. We baulk at giving aid to Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Somalia and other beleaguered African nations while basking in her stolen wealth and we wonder why we are poised to suffer economically in the very near future. What comes around goes around homeboy/girl.

What did we learn about the Arab uprisings? Though the media wants you to think it’s all about Islam and the boogieman Muslims, it’s not. It’s all about corruption committed by their politicians and corporations who hoarded the nation’s wealth. We should have also caught the part where all these fallen Arab dictators were on the take from corporations throughout their bloody reigns. Funny how corporations had free reign in these nations while the citizens were suppressed censored and murdered. Small wonder the mid-east is in flames. But leave it to the media to plant a communist or jihadist label on these events to throw the blame elsewhere. Keeping people at odds with one another is the mainstay of the corporate owned media and a good job they did to. Divide and conquer, for the corporate bottom line.

In contrast India is in the midst of an anti-corruption campaign lead by Anna Hazare who founded the Indian Anti-Corruption Movement. The movement has grown exponentially and has become a powerhouse in the cause of anti-corruption within India. Obviously he is not a darling of the corporate world and the media in the west has managed to keep him out of the limelight. It’s a case for ‘out of sight, out of mind and easy to kill’, quietly. In India he is the rave with massive public support and his movement has identified corruption on a scale never before challenged in India. Granted Anna faces some very powerful international corporations, powerful political figures and it should be clear he is the target of assassination, the price paid for championing truth in an era of lies.

It’s a ‘war without borders’ as global oligarchists wage war on the citizens of the world, plain and simple. Greed and control are the axioms of today’s industrialists and we are the pawns in the most elaborate world takeover ever pulled off. When we watch protesters in London or Greece as they protest government/banker criminality we should realize these protesters are in the trenches fighting for democracy. The reason the Occupy movement seems so skewed is because there are many Americans from all quarters who are disillusioned by the absolute corruption that has become business as usual. Everyone has been betrayed in one form or another and people are starting to connect the dots, but the damage is already done.

Not everyone in the Occupy movement is a communist, fascist or fringe but average citizen’s who had enough with lies, corruption and bankers above the law. There are people from all walks of life who lost it all, job, home and family that are protesting. Veterans who’ve fought and spilled their blood who are disillusioned by the corruption are protesting and the list goes on and on. The riots on the streets around the world are directly related to one another. It is the voice of the people sick and tired of corporate/bank owned politicians who’ve betrayed their people. But sadly it will all be for not since corporate oligarchists own many of our politicians and they control the militaries, police forces and the judiciary. The one world order thing was also a part of prophecy. And if you did read your sacred book then you would also know this era of global tyranny will be short lived anyway. After all, we are living in a time of great change and man is powerless to alter the course of destiny. The only change man can alter is pocket change, capice?

Don’t know if you noticed but everyone who is not on America’s side hates Rick Perry. The Russians and the Chinese have stepped up their anti Perry rhetoric in tandem with the US media. Both the left and right within America’s political chicanery have launched a major anti Perry campaign of silence and ridicule like they did with Ron Paul. After all, Perry did threaten to pull Texas out of the US in the face of Obama-nonsense. Also, Ricks stewardship helped Texas weather this ongoing economic disaster far better than many other states in the union. What have we learned from the last election? Talk is cheap and charisma does not replace experience and a resume’ of successes. Newt and Mitt are both losers with loser track records and would only assure an Obama or even a Joe the Plumber win for that matter….lol

The noble Ron Paul was swept into the whizz-bang fringe corner along with anyone else who used the Constitution as part of their platform for a point of reference. Fortunately he has come back out swinging to the chagrin of Newt and Romney. Corporate Oligarchists along with their Russian and Chinese counterparts saturated the US media with treasonously vial jabs and assaults on Americanism on many levels. The media has singlehandedly painted a disdainable portrait of what American patriotism means and looks like. More than not, veterans and citizens are demeaned and depicted as people on the fringes of society for displaying this nation’s colors. Ultimately the politically unsightly flag is ordered removed in an atmosphere likened to the era of Hitler’s Brown Shirts and we don’t bat an eye. How far beyond stupid is that?

Tear down a Texas flag in Texas and see where that gets you. When you enter the state there is a sign that reads, “Don’t Mess with Texas”. Say what you want about Texas, but not in front of a Texan. And it don’t matter what part of the planet you are on either, someone is gong to get their ass kicked for dishonoring the beloved Lone Star State. Texans are proud of their rich multicultural heritage and you can feel that energy when you meet a Texan. We could learn a few things about patriotism.

Why can’t American’s be as proud of being American like Texans are proud of being Texan? Putin, Medvedev, the Chinese Combo Platter and corporate media would have a royal cow if that ever happened. A Perry presidency would stimulate American growth with proven methodology successfully used in Texas and possibly a rebirth of some national pride. A Ron Paul presidency would offer a similar agenda, there is no question. That would be a real hot All American ticket “Perry & Paul”. Now that would throw a monkey wrench into the globalization/colonization works to have this duo in the White House. Hmm, small wonder they don’t have the media’s eye. To bad since it would be cool to have a sign that reads, “Don’t Mess with the U.S.” at the port of entry. I would not have to worry about being harassed for flying the flag either.

Gingrich should have been tossed in jail for the millions he received from all his shady dealings with Freddie, Fannie and the housing scammers. Then there is *Romney whose staff spent over $100,000 burying his dismal track record from public scrutiny. The Barack Obama Presidency has become “The Never-Ending Train Wreck” earning him the title; “Prevaricator Extraordinaire” with his campaign rhetoric and ultimately campaign lies since he stabbed everyone in the back who voted for him, including me. He might get another Nobel Peace Prize for Lying though. Sadly he is turning the blade in the backs of the public he has betrayed as we speak, with a smile. The three corporate shills, Newt, Barack and Mitt are the obvious media darlings and our enemies love this fetid selection.

Can you trust polls and surveys? Not a chance, since many polls are funded by the very corporations who are buying this presidency. If you paid attention you would already realize polls usually have conveniently good numbers when a controversial bill or legislation is about to be passed or a politician needs a boost in popularity. At least polling numbers are a better distraction than bombing aspirin factories in Africa. One thing you can say about Newt, Barack and Mitt, they know how to spin a yarn and work the crowd with a disarming smile while robbing you blind. Charismatic speeches don’t make a president, a resume’ with a track record of accomplishments does and that’s what people should be looking at when choosing the President of the United States of America.

As for the other candidates, I like Rick Perry and Ron Paul catches my interest since they are pro America and have successful track records of public service and achievements, with nothing to hide. Granted Perry has a few issues I don’t agree with but don’t they all? Michele Bachmann is a nice lady and means well, but… The other potential candidates don’t interest me either way but maybe in the future they will and we still have plenty of time before votes are cast. But the three stooges, Newt, Barack and Mitt are well documented for their failures, deceptions, inconsistencies and do not deserve to be in the White House. Newt should be in prison and the other two bozos should be in therapy. They don’t even belong in the valet parking garage. OK, OK, OK, what about the Donald, Hillary or Sarah? No, No and No! Just plain no, and I reserve comment while biting a hole in my tongue. To bad Russell Means is not running. That would be bitchen.

In the long run it probably will not matter much who gets the top job in the country since corporate corruption is so rampant worldwide. But I’ll still run down to the ballot box and make my choice provided my voting center is still around, earth changes you know. At the rate this country and the earth are decomposing this may very well be the last election. But I still think it’s odd that Russia, China and the mainstream media vehemently sided against Rick Perry of all candidates. What an endorsement to be hated by Russia, China and the corporate media though. We should already know by now that what’s good for Russia and China is absolutely bad for the US since nothing has really changed since the fall of the Soviet Union other than the US being infiltrated by spies and deep cover agents from our enemies. Socialist Eurocrates did not care much for the US either when it comes down to it. It’s that democracy and freedom of speech thing that pisses them off. To bad the mainstream media has chosen to side with those against the American people.

Bottom line; if the earth is still in any shape for an election I will do my homework and make the best selection possible in my eyes when I enter the ballot box. Voting is one of the few rights where we still have a voice and if we don’t use it we will loose it. One thing is for sure, I will not take any candidate for his/her word since talk is cheap and I learned my lesson last election, no thanks to Barry Sotoro or whatever his name is these days. Rather, I will go with track record and achievement’s like an employer does with job applicants. After all, government is supposed to work for us.

Coping with Paranormality

Hopefully you’ve managed to hook back up with your respective dogma or ideological principal and are squared away for the approaching new cycle. If you paid attention to your sacred text you’d be well aware of the supernatural aspect of our persona and the world around us. Like it or not boys and girls, we are spirits to. Granted we are at the bottom of the proverbial food chain as far as intelligent life forms are concerned. Sadly we are more like a box full of newborn kittens in the grand scheme of things.

At least we are not alone in the bottom of the tank since we can add those guys in spiffy space ships to the list of sucker fish. Not all space dudes are bad and not all space dudes are cool but the point being is they are more or less like us and not G*D’S, get over that ka ka. They come in all shapes forms and sizes and not just your standard ET’ish little dude. Fortunately I am not the only one who knows this factoid, not by a long shot. When any spirit is encountered you will still need to verify if they are good or evil as prescribed within your dogma in fact this should be second nature to you. A spirit is a spirit whether it floats around your house taking smack or sits on your porch zapping satellites and eating earthlings.

Rule of thumb, good spirits don’t mind getting checked out or verified where bad spirits come up with excuses or threats in an attempt to keep you from asking about them. Arm yourself with the tools provided within your respective dogma or ideological principal. The ancients defeated bonehead spirits with the same old medicine eons ago. So what if a spirit does not want me to ask if he is cool or not, screw that puke. Umm, hello Mac Fly, the fact he was sniveling about being verified within my tradition in the first place would be a major red flag anyway. I pray or ask about spirits in their face, period. I learned the hard way not to wait to long before asking for help with some of these guys because they have some powerful medicine. You have to have absolute faith within your tradition to stand in the face of some of these buttheads of evil because that is exactly what you must do. This is where you go directly to your dogma for details. Customs and traditions vary from tribe to tribe but absolute faith is universal.

Call it paranormalization if you like but the sooner you get a handle on the spirit world the sooner you will be able to grasp its complexities and the key’s to survival. There is a lot more going on within the spirit world than I can possibly describe in one article and by no means do I have all the answers. Many events are interconnected with life on earth. There are no secrets within the confines of the spirit world and our existence is more like fish in an aquarium to the worlds around us. It’s like a one way mirror since both good and evil can check out our junk, press a few buttons and have a few laughs. We are blind as a bat on many levels. Just know in your heart mankind is like a babe in the woods spiritually and celestially speaking. Sorry, we are not “All That”

Just because I might have a slight heads up on some of this spirit stuff does not give me a free ride either. In fact I think I get hit harder and they can be severe. Rather than pull one trigger they always give me both barrels and its no picnic from a spiritual point of view. After all, I do piss them off big time revealing their smack in my stories. It’s an on going battle not to get negatively influenced by these boneheads no matter what challenge they toss at you. Any crack in the concrete is all they need to enter and disrupt your life. We are all under assault from within the spirit world these days. Yup, and there are plenty of bad guys to go around. But if you are already dialed into your dogma you know the drill. It’s more about battening down the hatches at this stage of the game because a storm is brewing.

I get bitch slapped by bad spirits on an ever growing basis these days but in all reality I think everyone is. Please don’t be lame and let some whizz-bang spirit talk you into hacking up your friends. Don’t laugh, crimes are getting juicer these days and we’ve only begun our final decent into darkness. They are also getting closer to home. So fasten your seatbelts boys and girls for it’s not going to be a smooth landing. And put the ax in the overhead compartment. There is no way around the supernatural side of change and at some point you will have to face it. Even ignoring it will ultimately be impossible as time progresses. The supernatural is already ‘in your face’ to many people. Some folks are handling it quite well while others are completely freaked out. If only people paid more attention to their sacred books they would know the spirit world is very much alive and well. It does not matter where on the planet you reside since the spirit world is a universal place.

Civilization has entered a very dangerous period for the journey is filled with many unforeseen and unimagined obstacles. Prophecies abound with many tales of struggle and survival of epic proportions that stagger the imagination. And you can bet there are a bazillion bonehead spirits that accompany each tale of anguish and human suffering. The physical aspect of change will be most humbling but the paranormal side will strike a blow to many people’s sensibilities. They would be easy prey from spirits in need of servants or worshipers. Read your sacred book and get it from the horse’s mouth within your tradition eh. You need to learn how to run with the big dogs of the spirit world or you will be toast homeboy/girl and that’s the bottom line. Just so you know, paranormal stuff will follow us into the next cycle and be more a part of our daily lives, like it should be.

Bad spirits kick my ass from time to time and I am aware of what they are doing, how annoying. The pricks hit way below the belt and they are not screwing around. You must get your spiritual act together within your tradition or ideological principal, like now. Evil has already come out swinging and you’re just sitting there playing with your self, spiritually. You don’t need to walk around like you have a broom stick up your ass just because you possess sacred knowledge either. It’s time to pay attention and embrace our paranormalized existence with both eyes open if we plan to survive with our sanity intact.

You had better be anchored solidly within your dogma or ideological principal because the bad guys hit hard when they play. I get my share of lumps from evil’s wrath and they hurt in places closer to my heart and soul. Helplessly all I can do is pray for my family’s wellbeing as I embrace their fondest memories. This truly was not the world I wanted my kids to grow up into. I had a different dream for my kids. But alas my kids are now in my dreams. Bad spirits know exactly where to hit you so be prepared for the unexpected, believe me.

For those who are truly aware, just keep taking your lumps since it’s not going to ease up any time soon. You’re going to have to distance yourself more from others since there will be an influx of ‘travelers’ that will bring a multitude of spirits along with them, some good and some very, very bad. Be like the coyote and stay away from their world for this is not a time to make new friends but to sort out the old ones. As desperation rises across the planet there will be more travelers who will do and say anything to survive. Just remember, survival begins at home and you must be the number one priority. People will literally be going crazy as spirits and world events freak them out. You may be a bit freaked out by the presences of a spirit of some kind but you must hold your ground and stand up to them no matter what they tell you. You need to grow a spiritual callous because encounters are going to increase.

The world is in flux and many things are going to change and it is up to you to prepare since this is not going to be an easy ride according to all prophetic teachings. The trick to surviving this era is written in stone, within oral histories and a multitude of sacred texts from dogmas and ideological principals from throughout the universe. It’s not like the trick to survival is a secret. Knowing which spirits or entities are good or not would be a good place to start. You just have to get over the hump of the reality of spirits and move onto more practical concerns. It’s going to get very busy and people will have a harder time focusing on the spiritual activity. That is why it is so important you get your act together spiritually now before things go crazy. I am very aware and spiritually in tune and I’m getting my ass kicked. They are more like battles but fortunately I was still able to squeak out a prayer while under assault. Yup, for those of us who are aware it’s not an easy journey either, in fact it kind of sucks.

Good will prevail when it is all said and done, as prophesized. No matter how evil tries to alter this destiny they will only speed up their inevitable demise. Beware that the battle between good and evil has begun in earnest and many dark years lay before us. Evil will manifest itself in a multitude of disguises and misguided religious fervor. But if you got your act together within your dogma or ideological principal this all would be old news. You would have all the spiritual tools needed to survive the times we live. The supernatural side to this era would be an accepted part of life rather than something to freak out over. And you would not be likely to take lip from any spirit that pops into your life. Oh well, get it or don’t. It’s in your court now. A word to the wise, you better hurry up and get it together because it’s about to get real busy.

It’s was nice of the mainstream media to select the next batch of corporate funded candidates. Even the polls have made it a point to steer the public towards one of the hand selected candidates on both sides of the political isle. After all, their parent companies have everything to gain by this selection of corporate lackeys. Corruption at its best and the general public continues to march to the drum of the Pied Pipers of deception. Talk is cheap and that was the lesson we should have learned from the last election snow job we got. How far beyond stupid is that?

Eloquent speeches don’t make a good president, experience and a sound track record of accomplishments does, or did. Charisma and double speak are the cornerstones of many candidates in true Orwellian flare. We can’t forget the proverbial race card for these are the tools needed to sway votes in this era of corporatism and deception. Toss in Teleprompters and behind the scenes speech writers and today’s presidents are nothing more than ‘pretty’ front men for the corporations who line their pockets. ‘Tell them what they want to hear’ is the axiom of today’s presidential elections, plain and simple. A nice lie is more palatable than the hard truth and like they say; sugarcoated ox dung is still dung. But in a society that continues to eat crap sandwiches, and like it, this is only desert. Bon Appétit…

With the media and Madison Avenue advertising prowess at the helm people would vote for a rock if they were instructed to by a glitzy commercial, paleeze. It is sad to note that loan sharking has become a cottage industry for the elitists who pray on the public. In the old day’s people only borrowed if they were in dire straights and it was considered an act of ‘Dealing with the Devil’. Now it’s a national pastime to accumulate impossible debt to buy frivolous and inconsequential gizmos and doodads solely to enhance the corporate bottom line. Extortion and bribery has also become a staple that once was considered bunko. Leave it to me to have changed my ways, I could have been fabulously wealthy by now since I would most likely be in the insurance racket. But timing is everything, be it my luck. Granted, getting slapped around by my ancestors one fateful day did play a role in straightening my life out, holay. They really kicked my ass big time. I should really write more about that, huh.

Funny how corporations can borrow billions of taxpayer dollars then belly up and declare bankruptcy, then laugh all the way to the bank while homebuyers loose their homes to foreclosures. There is no forgiveness for the citizens since foreclosures have also become a cottage industry for unscrupulous bankers. People who’ve already invested hundreds of thousands of dollars for their homes simply loose their life long investment when they loose their jobs and miss a few payments and that’s an American travesty and a national shame. Lenders are cutting a fat hog in the ass since they get the repossessed home as well as all the previous payments plus the house to sell again, and again. That is a pure rip-off and from a gangster’s point of view, that is the perfect caper. How sweet it is to have the police in their pocket as they screw the people in broad daylight. Its shades of the Schutz Staffle as law enforcement agencies lay siege on families as if they were common criminals while throwing them out on the streets and seizing their possessions. In the shadows sits a shyster with a $5,000,000,000 a year pay check greedily licking his chops. Maybe this gyp’per will buy another platinum bidet from his ill gotten gains. John D. Rockefeller used to toss pennies out of his penthouse window for entertainment just to watch the poor scrap for the coins.

The lesson we should have learned from the last election is that talk is cheap since we were promised a new beginning but only got more of the same old crap sandwich as before. But we were given some very pretty speeches filled with what we wanted to hear and yearned for. Just another pack of lies and this election does not seem to be any better thus far. If only people selected presidents by their resume’ of accomplishments like employers do when accepting a job application. Just an ounce of common sense would work. Not this bimbo mentality of falling for some fast talker who just wants to get into your knickers. The consequences are the same, someone get screwed. Maybe then we would have people in Washington who are actually working for the people of the United States of America and not corporate thugs and lobbyists who’ve invested in China. Good thing this is the time of change since corruption has saturated every level of government from town halls to the White House.

After all, politicians around the country learned by example from the criminals at the top and its all about the money in this elaborate scam. Treason has become a fashion statement and patriotism became the scourge of corporations. Democracy was replaced with Oligarchy. As for the Constitution of the United States of America, it’s nothing more than a “G*D piece of paper” according to George W. Bush and his predecessor has taken this egregious and treasonous axiom to even greater heights than ever before. It has become a joke by the media when a candidate runs on a platform based on the Constitution. Suddenly people are the butt of jokes or disdain for having American flags on their homes or worse, their pick up trucks. And ‘we the people’ enjoin in the laughter as we blindly squander our own freedoms and civil liberties for a little bit of safety and convenience. Like Benjamin Franklin once quoted:

“They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety”

Frankly, we are reaping what we have sown and there is more to come regardless of who we elect as president because the fix is in. We are asleep at the wheel, again, and there is nobody to blame but ourselves. But we can stem the tide of corporate treason.

We are not completely powerless to stop this wave of corruption and greed because corporations are not invincible regardless of how many politicians they buy. Just remember; ‘we the people’ still possess the weapon of corporate mass destruction and it’s the dollar bill. Let the NETFLIX fiasco be an example of the power of the people verses corporate goons. NETFLIX raised prices and the people said, “Screw You!” knocking NETFLIX off its lucrative pedestal. Personally, I changed to Red Box because of NETFLIX arrogance when people are already suffering financially. We don’t have to buy from corporations who continue to raise prices and we can strike them in the pocket book because without our money they will disappear. There are plenty of innovative and honest corporations waiting in the wings that would take their place and return jobs to this country if we chose to fight for our national identity. Don’t buy into the B.S. that companies are to big to fail because that is a big fat prevarication. Some corporations need to go away simply because they are too big and greedy.

If I were president I would disallow corporations who’ve betrayed America from coming back to the US. They can stay in China and enjoy the slave labor that filled their pockets while stripping America of its economic prowess. Treason should be addressed at all levels and the prisons that have been built in abundance would be filled with corporate thugs and treasonous politicians. Simply, I would return America to the Americans and I would stand by the Constitution of the United States of America as my platform. The moral principles it purveys, not the distorted legalese jargon scurrilous attorney politicians use to justify their criminality, would rule the land. In my America all religions, creeds and cultures would be equal as provided in the Constitution and I would outlaw the divide and conquer mentality politicians use to keep us artificially divided. Manifest Destiny would just be a bad memory and the indigenous populations that were colonized would walk with dignity once again. In the process I would save the rest of the population from the fate of being colonized like us indigenous types were.

All international agreements made by previous criminal politicians would be null and void the moment I took office since they were illegal and unconstitutional in the first place. As for this clandestine liaison with G*DLESS buttheads from space governments and secret societies coveted over the millennia’s, screw’em. There are truly benevolent beings out there and I would be the first to open up the books that reveal the fact we are not alone in the universe. Unfortunately corruption has many bedfellows and I would most likely be whacked for meddling in the activities of corrupt international corporate cartels and their elitist chums anyway. As for the election, it’s just a side show in the grand scheme of things so what’s the point in taking a slug for people who don’t care anyway?

It was also said a rich man would die in his sleep from starvation while using a sack of pinto beans as a pillow. These phrases are metaphorical and ‘signs’ verifying the time of change. Living with many visions it is clear as the schnozzola on my face we have entered a more virulent phase of earth changes. Prophecies from a myriad of dogmas and ideological principles are coming to pass and getting harder to pass off as coincidences but all we care about is the stock market and the corporate bottom line. How far beyond stupid is that?

Predictable, tyranny has gone global as corrupt bankers and political conscripts lay the ground work for the New World Order. Austerity is nothing more than the loss of a nation’s sovereignty as non elected foreigners suspend constitutions and lay financial siege on its citizens. Ironically Greece was the first nation to taste the loss of its democracy through the unscrupularity of shy lark bankers and treasonous politicians. It is inevitable democracy will die around the world as criminals disguised as politicians vey for the fabled New World Order. Criminality at it’s best as bankers get away with murder while the public pays for the sins of corporate thugs. Occupy Wall Street has many faces regardless of how the mainstream media tries to paint them. It’s the people of the world verses corruption and bogus politicians plain and simple.

It is Disaster Capitalism at its best as the one world government comes into being. The streets of every city on the planet will be painted with the blood of betrayed citizens. Prisons will fill to capacity as their civil liberties are striped and replaced with corporate friendly regulations that replace constitutions. Funny part is; this is also prophecy coming to pass as the greedy race for the cash at the expense of the oblivious populations of the world. Russia and China are also headed down the path of their own demise as corrupt leaders welcome the New World Order for communism has been replaced with fascism, better known as corporatism. Benito Mussolini would be proud since it was he who coined the phrase;

“Fascism should rightly be called Corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power”

Literally a hand full of trillionaires have accomplished what bombs and bullets could not achieve; the financial takeover of the world. Nations are already being relegated to economic zones or unions and all people are concerned with is borrowing enough money to by a stupid iPad. Truly, civil society has disappeared and citizens no longer exist for they are called consumers now. The greedy are counting their ill gotten gains as millions of people continue to lose their homes and way of life. It’s all about the money paisan and that’s the bottom line. Sadly all good things must come to an end and this race for the cash will eventually come to a crashing halt as Ma Earth flexes her muscle. Prophetically speaking; money will become useless and technology will be mankind’s Achilles tendon as natural events unfold, coincidentally of course.

No place on earth will be spared from the wrath of Ma Earth and mankind will be humbled to the point of submission. It happened before and it’s about to happen again. There is no amount of gold that will alter this destiny, not even the elitist’s secret liaison with some stellar boneheads. Personally I think these creeps live underground. The Vatican also paved the way for the introduction of celestial life forms in recent weeks so don’t be surprised when nations proclaim the existence of so called benevolent beings. Personally, I believe these fetid beings are the proverbial anti-Christ writhe with false prophets. Just look at who these space dorks hang out with, carbon based lowlifes who’ve killed in the name of G*D and used religion to control the masses throughout the ages.

From a paranormal perspective; there are many beings here that are poised to make their presence known. Some are the buttheads who lead this civilization astray several thousand years ago and shared technology that murdered millions of people. There are others who truly walk in a good way and are here for the sake of humanity for the stage is set. Apparently they are here to kick some celestial ass when these butt-cracks from space make their move on this planet with the help of their earthly counter parts. Sounds far fetched eh, but you should see my visions for they reveal events I still have no words for. I just hope the batteries in my camera are charged since there will be one heck of a light show when the proverbial crappola hits the fan in the sky. In fact, there are many light shows in store for us to gawk at in the future. Hopefully I don’t get zapped by a blasted space Frisbee, asteroid or an incontinent buzzard.

Man’s race for the cash will be a futile gesture at the very least as people freak out over the true realities of our existence. The dork’s the elitists and secret societies are privy to are G*DLESS beings and walk a dark path. I am glad their bony asses will be in the wind and there is no way I will accept them as G*D’S or anything other than stellar douche bags. There is nothing benevolent about them or the people they are exclusive to. We are in for some wild times at Ridgemont High boys and girls and we all have a front row seat. My brother Rayburn and I have our lawn chairs at the ready and we will kick back on our rez and watch the show from our patio. That reminds me, I better stock up on Tanka Bars, Cracklings and Arizona Ice tea. I don’t want to miss out on the end of the world because I had to go to the 7-11 for more victuals, I hate that.

Prophecy spells redemption and release from bondage because there is a happy ending and not the end of the world like so many people believes this to be. Hmm, maybe it will be the end of the world for some folks but for us indigenous types it’s the rebirth of humanity as this scurrilous cycle comes to a close. Granted I’ll have to break out my mukluks and seal skin coat for the Ice Age is just around the corner boy’s and girls. After a few glaciers scrub man’s fetid existence off the face of the planet Ma Earth will be good to go until man screws things up again. And I’ll bet those trillionaires will starve to death in their sleep using a sack of pinto beans as a pillow. But in the meantime we will watch as mankind rushes for the gold at the expense of others. Like thieves in the night Ma Earth is counting coup and she is picking up the pace so be prepared and have a back pack ready for it might contain the last vestiges of modern society.

If you actually read your sacred books and paid attention, regardless of dogma, you would already know man’s reign of tyranny and greed is just about over for the ‘signs’ are everywhere to behold. Like the old adage goes; “Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the Earth” so there is a happy ending to the earth changes after all. I look forward to it since man is completely powerless to stem this tide of greed and lies. Ma Earth is going to kick some major ass so be prepared. And if you paid attention to your sacred books you would already be hooked up with some very cool spirit but that’s another story paisan, capice?

Incalculable Loss, Elouise Pepion Cobell Continues Her Journey at 65

There is a great void in the hearts within the Native America communities across America because Elouise Cobell has taken her journey Sunday evening Oct 16th 2011. She lost her battle with cancer and she will be sorely missed for her shoes will be all but impossible to fill. Truly a warrior woman who stood her ground against the US Government for all of us within the Native America world. I am still with few words from this heartbreaking turn of events.

In the landmark case, *Cobell v Salazar, she won back $3.4 Billion, a portion of the money that was squandered by the US Government officials and greedy corporations who stripped native land of natural resources for over a 100 years. Like David and Goliath she faced off the federal machine with fervor and determination in what was considered a lost cause, the Indian Trust Fund. It was estimated the US government and corrupt corporations owned this fund hundreds of billions of dollars with no desire to pay back a penny even though they made trillions and trillions of dollars over the years. What was taken from the Native American communities was the wealth that built empires and corporations today.

There was no excuse for Native communities to live in abject poverty over the years other than pure greed and total disregard of human life. It was just another broken treaty, just another pack of lies with years of human suffering and abject poverty for the indigenous people across America. Though the award actually did not even cover the interest on what was actually owed the tribes of America it was better than nothing and we (Native American’s) owe a debt of gratitude to this Blackfeet woman for her efforts to regain some dignity in light of this colossal miscarriage of justice that was perpetrated over the years by the US Government.

Some folks call it Indian welfare when nothing could be further from the truth since this was a deal struck long ago by the government on behalf of corporate thugs. Ironically they are the ancestors of the thugs who are profiteering on misery today. The Indian Trust Fund was a legitimate contract or treaty where corporate interests would award tribes monies for the use of our tribal land and for the gleaning of natural resources. Like any business deal this money was not welfare but payment plain and simple. If the government kept its deal or word with Native America we would not be suffering and living in third world conditions today. The resources that were taken from tribes included but not limited to gold, oil/gas, uranium, coal, silver, copper, water, land and a host of other natural resources that garnered hundreds of trillions of dollars to corporations and built America into the superpower it is today. Elouise Cobell is truly a champion beyond words and will be sorely missed by us all for her efforts and she will be remembered in our oral history.

Only problem is, these elitists and their ancestors were hanging out with celestial scum for millenniums and soon the joke will be on them. If only people paid more attention to their sacred books and not their change purse.

Since before the time of Charlemagne, encounters and mass sightings have been chronicled in print, paintings and stone. There were no weather balloons or stealth aircraft to mistake or blame these anomalous events on. From all indicators these medieval folks mistook some unsavory star people for G*D’s and the rest is bloody history. If only they knew to check and see if these space punks were good or evil. Maybe Charlemagne and his trigger happy descendants would not have murdered and pillaged their way through the ages for some dork who claimed to be G*D. People forget the Creator or G*D is a perfect being and does not have the attributes of man such as ego, anger, hate, revenge, lust and all the other stuff we are plagued with. That should have been a major red flag since true G*D does not share the short comings of man, just low life entities.

When someone says G*D is angry I know they are not taking to or about G*D. This jealous and angry G*D routine reeks of something man penciled in. If it does not fit you must acquit and G*D is all about love and not someone to be fearful of. What is that all about? I’m telling you first hand when I saw the light of the Creator I felt like a child reaching in desperation for that loving warmth and sanctuary. This pissed off G*D people talk and write about is not G*D, just shady space dude, spirit or whatever, pulling a fast one on humanity.

Space dudes are only on our plane of existence, technology and all. Gads, they still need ships and flashy doodads to trip around in. And what’s with the anal probing eh? Can’t say I ever experience that one. Just don’t get ga ga over the first Tom, Dick or Alien Being that lands in your pasture and tells you they are G*D. Tell them to park that thing next to the old Dodge by the barn and leave your cows alone. Actually this is when you dip into your spiritual tool bag and get the medicine within your tradition to deal with these dorks. They are like any spirit; some are good and some are screwed. Don’t get your panties in a bunch since people from around the world are becoming more acutely aware. There are stories about good star people who spoke of their place in the sky and taught good things to the people they visited. Some say these folks were related to us. They were not G*D’s but they spoke of G*D in a good way and promoted morality. It’s a far cry from the materialistic mentality of the new world order. Why don’t people talk about those cool sky guys? Guess its more fun to talk about the enema bandits from space. That’s just nasty…

‘G*D or Creator’ does not need techno-mechanical means to zip around the universe nor do other spirits and entities, good or bad for that matter. I think those old painting showing G*D and Jesus playing with some antennae or sitting in a flying saucer are stupid and a classic example of how the ancients got hooked up with the wrong star people. Only primitive butt-head life forms require technological devices to cruise through wormholes or eye the naughty bits of passengers at the airport. Space dudes are like anyone else, there are good ones and there are bad. The technique used in identifying good and evil spirits is the same technique used on all entities, in my tradition anyway. There are some rude apparitious douche bags out there and you can’t be too careful these days. So get your medicine and don’t be stupid. Surely they are not G*D’s just your garden variety space dude.

With the increasing presence of spirits and other entities on this planet it is obvious we are poised for some interesting times. I can’t really tell you how it’s going to shake down but you better stock up on goodies so you don’t miss the show. There are other spirits one must be aware of but I don’t want to give you an ulcer. They’ve been out there pulling capers on humanity since before the time of Abraham so it’s not like they just showed up or anything. They are just getting a little friskier these days. This time of change dictates that we all will experience events we never before experienced. Many events will dumbfound our primitive science and we will learn exactly how stupid our culture really is. Space guys and other entities are only a small part of the anomalous events we will experience and all dogmas of the universe give you the tools needed to cope, if you pay attention.

From an indigenous point of view it’s the same ole same ole since our cultures always knew there were good and bad spirits, space guys included. Our ancestors chronicled encounters in stone and if you paid attention your ancestors did the same, hello MacFly. Fortunately there are many other people who share visions of the truth but they are silent for fear of appearing like aluminum cap wearing whizz-bangs. The secrets coveted by an elite group of people over the centuries are not secrets at all for there are no secrets within the spirit world. Maybe that’s why spirituality is under assault because people would know the truth if they were truly spiritual. In a world based on lies and deception this could be financially and politically catastrophic. In short, don’t let anyone try to convince you they are G*D’s just because they are spirits or space people for they truly are not.

Call it guilty by association if governments try to convince you they are in consort with benevolent beings, just look at who they shared technology with. And as they say, birds of a feather flock together and these space scums are no better than the elitists they associate with. I simply lump all spirits in two categories; good or evil and I think you should do the same. And if Space Man Spiff tells you he is your G*D tell him to take a number and get to the back of the line.

Though General Thein Sein was proclaimed president of Burma in one of several sham elections perpetrated by the criminal cartel of Burma, General Than Shwe still calls the shots from Naypyidaw. Just remember it was under Than Shwe’s orders his top generals “retire” and form political parties in advance of the bogus election of 2010. Many people were quietly threatened, murdered or incarcerated in the process to pull off this election scam and their blood still stains the streets. The hopelessly corrupt Constitutional Referendum of 2008 paved the way for this theatrical performance. Now Than Shwe has resumed his war against Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and the National League for Democracy in earnest, via his minion of course. Than Shwe deserves an Oscar for ‘Best Fiction’.

There is no question Than Shwe’s fingerprints are all over the latest push to quash Suu Kyi and the *NLD’s political aspirations. General Thein Sein, relegated to the ranks of gardener, has no real influence and must take orders like the other disingenuous generals turned politicians. That is the cold hard fact of life in contemporary Burmese politics. Than Shwe’s xenophobic fear of democracy, Suu Kyi and the NLD is a real cause for concern because of the planned visit to **Pagan. It would not be the first time Than Shwe orchestrated an unprovoked and bloody assault on his opposition. Ultimately the International Criminal Court will determine Thein Sein’s total involvement Burma’s ongoing holocaust. But alas it will be Than Shwe who has the most blood on his hands for he continues to kill. Nothing has changed in Burma except for the civil wars in the north.

The junta’s relaxing of censorship laws was very short lived but no one really believed the press would be allowed to print anything that remotely resembled the truth. Even a simple photo of Suu Kyi on a magazine cover was slammed by the censorship board. Than Shwe’s soldiers continue to rape and murder Kachin, Karen and other ethnic civilians in barbaric flare, hidden in plane site. So nothing has changed on the humanitarian front either. The only hope for Burma is when the people finally unite as one regardless of race or religion against a common enemy. Than Shwe’s ultimate weapon to divide and conquer using race and religion as a weapon would be neutralized. In any event Burma’s destiny lies in the hands of her own people for the world has proven to be impotent but their rhetoric of support sounded good.

It’s time for a Burmese Spring.

That’s the gist of this video put together by Canada’s largest labor union, the Public Service Alliance of Canada, which celebrated National Aboriginal Day on June 21 by launching a new campaign, Justice for Aboriginal Peoples—It’s Time!

“Aboriginal Peoples in this country have endured centuries of oppression and face many challenges in their struggle for justice. This struggle is not only for the First Peoples of this nation to take on,” the union says on its site. “Treaties were signed between First Nations and the Government of Canada—the people we elected to represent us. So we all have a responsibility to ensure that the terms and conditions of those treaties are met.”

Deftly encapsulating centuries of shared history, this vid pinpoints just when it went acrimonious between the First Nations and the settlers. The union hopes to educate its 172,000-plus members worldwide, including embassy and consulate personnel.

The bring-it-home stats that hit the opening line’s question out of the park are strictly Canadian, but the story told beforehand applies to all of Turtle Island.

Was Justice Served in the James Arthur Ray Sweat Lodge Case?

James “Snake Oil” Ray will get off with a few years in the joint and probably have his sentence reduced when the eyes of the public are gone. It is funny, in a dark way, what money can buy a guy who sold spirituality ending in the deaths of innocent trusting human beings. But for the families of Kirby Brown, 38, of Westtown, New York; James Shore, 40, of Milwaukee; and Lizbeth Marie Neuman, 49, of Prior Lake, Minnesota, justice will never be served. The loss of their loved ones will always leave a big void in their hearts and there is no dollar figure that could possibly replace their loss. Eventually James Arthur Ray will literally get away with murder and be free to hock his bogus wares to other unsuspecting people seeking spirituality enlightenment.

This should be a grave reminder to people that true spirituality can never be bought or sold and those who do are fools or frauds. Within my tradition the sweat lodge is a sacred place and material consequence has no place in this hallowed ceremony. Building a monstrosity that housed about 60 people was far from the traditional sweat lodge mine and many other tribes build for ceremony. This was more like Dante’s Inferno or trip to hell rather than a place to reflect, purify and pray. People had to pay about $10,000 for a bogus Spirit Warrior extravaganza. Wonder if Jimmy sold tee shirts, baseball caps and coffee mugs after these fetid events? The medicine was bad from the very beginning. It did not follow any traditional protocol I’m aware of, not by a long shot. Instead of purifying the people they were broiled ultimately killing three and injuring at least 15 innocent souls in the process during this pseudo ceremony.

Well the jury is still out on the penalty phase of this case but since he was convicted of the lesser of all charges he will not see much time behind bars. Hopefully he will not be sent to a “resort prison” like so many other affluent people do these days but a real prison where he might learn some hard lessons. Maybe the home boys will teach him some respect for native traditions and err of his ways while he wiles away in his concrete penthouse. Then I guarantee justice will be served and just maybe Jimmy will think twice before using traditions from a culture he is oblivious of just to make a buck. It was an insult to our culture that this bonehead used our traditions to scam people in the first place. It tore our hearts out knowing his antics lead to the demise of innocent people and our prayers go out to the victim’s families for their loved ones will never come home.

Just when you thought you heard it all within the twisted world of genetic engineering Chinese scientists spliced human and bovine genes to produce a new species or life form. Within their laboratory alchemists conjured a creature that is likened to the mythical Greek Minotaur. Reminiscent of Mary Shelly’s ‘Frankenstein’, 300 genetically engineered Holstein Friesian cows that resemble their organic counterparts, produce human-like milk from their supple breasts and I just have to say; How far beyond stupid is that??

This is not the first genetic mutation mambo to stretch the limits of sanity but it’s a very bold one. Accepted moral and ethical ideological principals have been tossed to the wind according to legitimate genetic researchers. The blending of human and animal genes was once considered forbidden and very taboo by the medical and scientific communities but that was yesterday. With a relatively high mortality rate only a little better than half of the mutations survive from birth to maturity according to scientists. Likened to a horror movie I shudder to think of what other anomalies and defects the less fortunate creatures endured before they died. Humanity surely has taken a back seat to the pursuits of mad science. Credibility within the scientific community has been compromised on many occasions. Geopolitical and commercial interests dominate many scientific communities and researchers are obliged to cater to their whims or loose critical funding. The truth will be obscured by rhetoric and ultimately ignored and forgotten. Would this be a human rights issue or an animal abuse issue?

Surely this is not pursuant in the name of science by any means. But in a land where humans are forcibly harvested and dissected for their internal organs then left to die, the plight of some teenage mutant bovines with big boobs would fall on deaf and indifferent ears. Morality and ethnics are not high priorities with the Chinese Communist Party and profiteering on the blood of others is their signature. Any maligned statements the party found objectionable would simply be addressed with incarceration, torture and a trip to a slave labor camp. Death is another option but that usually follows months of continuous torture and forced labor. So it makes me wonder what other anomalous creatures these alchemist concocted in secret with their witches brew.

There is no doubt the long term effects of cloning are anyone’s guess and apparently of no big concern. The possibility of inadvertently creating creatures with undesirable or grotesque human characteristics was once the fodder of science fiction movies. Like a 5 year old child with a loaded 12 gauge shot gun, scientists are running amuck with no regard for the potential consequences of their folly. Having the ability to fiddle around with the matrix of life does not mean it is a good thing. This is a frontal assault on established moral principals and common sense. Crossing the boundaries of ethical and responsible science will surely glean a bitter harvest in years to come. It does not get more ‘in your face’ than that, or did you miss it.

The cow/human mutation is a new specie in reality. Would it be ethical for cows to be slaughtered for beef if they are genetically part human? They are no longer bovines in the true sense since they possess human genes. The human donor whose genes were used would be considered a relative of the cow or calves, right? There is one thing you can rest assured of though. You won’t find any labeling identifying mutant GMO meat with human genes in them. Fact is you’ll be hard pressed to find any GMO warnings in the US since most things are already contaminated. You might not want to know anyway because it’s all but impossible to avoid gm products or ingredients.

The thing I find most important on this critical issue about GMO foods is what kind of wine would be appropriate to serve with mutant bovine/human rib-eyes? Actually, that is a no brainer since the obvious answer is a quality red wine of course. I prefer the odd years for some reason. A moderately priced Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon would be an excellent selection I do believe. After all, a good wine will bring out the flavor of the meat. Toss in some GMO garlic and onions with a dash of cesium sea salt and yum. For me the bottom line is the taste because GMO anything is an anemic version of real food, it only looks pretty. As far as Mutant Bovine/Human Franken-Milk is concerned, I think I’ll pass. One researcher did mention that the milk was sort of ‘strong’ tasting, what ever that meant. So that grossed me out even more because it reminded me of blindly chugging a glass of ice cold milk only to discover it was almost cheese, gads. Nothing like drinking a fresh glass of mutant milk that tastes weird I always say. I will just stick to my rBGH/plutonium fortified milk and a bowl of glow in the dark alpha and beta particle enriched Lucky Charms if you please.

When Technology Finally Bids Us Adieu

It is not a matter of ‘if’ technology will slip from our grasp but ‘when’ since it is only a matter of time. With ever increasing and more virulent solar flares coming towards earth there is no question power grids and frail electronics will soon be compromised. It may be for days or weeks at first but ultimately it will be years before the sun begins to stabilize. Months ago NASA scientists issued a red flag of concern about the possibility that technology would be our societal Achilles tendon since the sun entered a new phase never before witnessed. Well at least by these guys anyway. According to visions and prophecies by dogmas and ideological principles from throughout the universe this is just one aspect of change mankind will experience. But it’s a good one and the ramifications are endless.

The earth’s magnetosphere is also pulling vanishing acts of its own during extreme solar flares gives us the opportunity for a perfect radiological storm. The disappearance of the magnetosphere during solar events allows extreme levels of solar and cosmic radiation to permeate our atmosphere and ultimately the earths crust. The Fukushima radiological disaster has already offered up a new round of cancers that will soon plague mankind, which should be a no brainer from a scientific point of view. Chernobly and other less known radiological events have increased levels of ambient radiation ever since man opened the proverbial nuclear can of worms back in the 40’s. With all this current and available data it is funny, in a dark way; the World Health Organization has failed to make mention about the increased worldwide cancer risk from all these radiological events. It would appear the WHO only caters to the whims of pharmaceutical companies and the nuclear industry rather than the concerns of the people. Maybe when a chemical company invents a potentially profitable pill for cosmic, solar and manmade radiation exposure they will address this increased cancer risk issue but that’s another story. And it’s a dozy eh…

Anywayzzzz, solar flares will eventually turn our expensive electronic gadgets into curious useless paper weights for the most part. Our fancy big screen TV’s will be nice picture frames and people will have to relearn the use of a slide rule for mathematical equations so in a way it will be a good thing. We’ve grown to co-dependant on gadgets and gizmos to do our thinking rendering us battery operated and stupid as a culture. Technology has been a boon in some ways and a bust in others educationally speaking. So I look to the pending solar disasters as a blessing since people will have to use their brains, for a change. Granted I will be stuck with hundreds of thousands of dollars of useless digital audio and video equipment and my fancy electronically co-dependant car will no longer function. Tragedy will strike my household because Spell-check will be a thing of the past and I will be forced to relearn the use of a pencil or pen, oh the horror. I had better stock up on erasers and paper if I plan to chronicle mankind’s reemergence. But in reality I doubt I will have the time since I will be busy smoking meat and preserving food stuffs. The good part is the fact it will be hunting season year round and I know the woods quite well.

I can also brain tan so I guess I would eventually have to replace my color coded BVD’s with elk skin skivvies and I will not make them with a flashlight holder in the front either. I never used that silly little door anyway so what’s the point eh? Maybe I’ll just wear a loin cloth like my ancestors did. Then all I have to do is pull the curtain, taa daa! The boys will enjoy the fresh air and new found freedom so there is a bright side to all this. I doubt Tyvek or other radiological contamination resistant materials would be readily available anyway. The hides I would procure would be tainted with years of exposure to alpha, beta and gamma rays already and so would be the meat. We’ve been exposed to radiation and other toxic chemicals in our food chain already so what’s a few more RAD’s. Course the absence of rBGH will be a Godsend since I could possibly loose some weight without the presents of fat retaining hormones in my vittles. I could even hunt in the evenings since the elk and moose would glow in the dark. This is sounding better and better. I wonder how my vintage Cabernet Sauvignon will taste with a hint of cesium, hmm.

Guess I’ll have to resort to Ginger the Wonder Horse for transportation but we both could use the exercise anyway. I’ve used pack animals in the past and I venture to say I will use pack animals during heavy solar event days, weeks or years, just depends I guess. For people around the globe who faced floods, winter storms and other events that destroyed power grids, they already know the frailties of our technologically co-dependant society. The Amish people would be role models and the homeless of today would be ahead of the curve. As for the indigenous populations who’ve been colonized and relegated to reserves not much would change since we were left out of the technological loop anyway. Maybe someone will send a note telling us the world ended or something for life would not change much on the rez.

Gads, so much for my power tools in the garage. But I already made preparations for that since I did manage to collect a wide variety of hand tools and I’m quite capable of using them. That is provided I don’t kick the bucket from cancer by my exposure to ambient radiation. Which reminds me, what will happen to all the nuclear reactors when the power grid is shut down? Sadly there will be cooling issues that can’t be addressed by simpler technology. All their fancy electronic gadgets will go kaput and pandemonium will most likely ensue. I venture to say meltdowns will become common place and occur around the globe further increasing the levels of ambient radiation. By the way, there is no such thing as a safe level of radiation and existing levels of ambient radiation are most likely the root cause of a host of new and improved cancers we are experiencing these days. Oh well, so I will also glow in the dark. At least I will not need batteries.

Radiation is only one of the issues that will soon plague mankind, err, already plagues mankind. There are other issues that will make this somewhat mot by comparison but if you paid attention to your respective dogma or ideological principle you would already know my words. So my advice is to prepare within your tradition or respective ideology since we are in the midst of change as we speak. In one dogma it was said within their sacred text that change would come like thieves in the night. And if you were actually paying attention you would discover someone has already rummaged through your underwear drawer. Just remember that these solar flares will soon be a pocks to modern technology but other catastrophic events are sure to follow during this era we live. Bada Bing, Bada Bang, Bada Boom, capice?

On May 21st The ARC of the Pikes Peak Region held and annual dinner and awards ceremony at the palatial Crowne Plaza Hotel. For those of you not aware of The ARC, it is an advocacy group dedicated to serving developmentally and intellectually challenged people of all age groups. They provide education and opportunities to people who would normally fall through the cracks in society. In any event I was there to do follow up interviews pertaining to the Joe Arridy story, an intellectually challenged person who was wrongfully executed many years ago. But what I discovered at the banquet was truly out of this world.

I’ve covered many stories from around the world and have grown quite cynical since humanity for the most part has been displaced by the concerns of material consequence. Fortunately this was not the case in Colorado Springs, Colorado on this hallowed night. Personally it was more like entering the proverbial Star Gate and being whisked away to a different universe inhabited by truly benevolent beings. The banquet was superb with the grace and elegance of a truly royal gathering. There was entertainment provided by Phil Taylor and the Bottom Line that added the perfect touch to this gala event. The meal was excellent and earned a 5 star rating from a culinary point of view.

Executive director Teddi Roberts gave a riveting speech along with other wonderfully talented people of this organization. World renowned Philanthropist and humanitarian Robert Perske and Terri Roberts awarded Denver Attorney David Martinez the first ever Robert Perske Justice for All Award for his invaluable efforts in garnering a pardon for Joe Arridy (Photo). Governor Bill Ritter sent a personal video message to ARC and honored the descendants of attorney Gail Ireland, the attorney who fought in vain to save the life of Joe Arridy. The event was not centered on Joe Arridy though but a multitude of accomplishments this truly noble organization, its members and donors were involved in over the last year. But what stole the show for me was the honors given to the beautiful people The ARC were dedicated to.

The smiles of joy these wonderful human beings gave as they received their awards were ever so endearing. I found it hard to hold back the tears as they gleamed with pride for they truly faced down and conquered their disabilities to become an integral part of society. In a world that has become deaf to the cries of the innocent it was refreshing earnest and selflessness. If only I could take them back through the Star Gate to the world from which I reside. They could teach our primitive life forms the lessons of kindness and understanding, what a wonderful planet it could be. But alas, this is only science to be among true champions of humanity on this stellar night. I was surely on another galaxy where people cared for one another in fiction for the planet I live does not comprehend nor is capable of understanding the axiom of love and compassion. Besides, I would not want to run the risk of contaminating something as pure and beautiful as The ARC and all their inhabitance.

Predictably the earth did not end on May 21st but the residual after affects continue. People managed to sell or give away their worldly belongings, quite their lucrative jobs, garner massive debt and even kill their children under the stewardship of some bonehead named Harold Camping. But for all intents and purposes Harold did not sell or give away anything and still lives in the lap of luxury in spite of his grave predictions. How far beyond stupid is that eh?

There is no question we are living in the time of great change but it’s not the end of the world like so many people are predicting, just change. People toss this grave prediction on a multitude of ancient prophecies but I fear they lost the true message. In some cases opportunists have chosen to profiteer from the changes that are ever encroaching on mankind. From an indigenous point of view it’s not the end of the world but it’s an end of a cycle plain and simple.

There are dire consequences to mans inhumanity to man and prophecies have foreseen many dynamic earth changes on many plains of existence but the obliteration of earth is just not one of them. It is all survivable. In fact: throughout the world a multitude of dogmas and ideological principles have provided the secret to surviving the turbulent times that lay ahead. Change has already begun and man is powerless to stop the inevitable. Mans contribution to this change is mot on a physical plain but dynamic on a spiritual one. Of course this aspect of mans contribution is an intangible one but very real from a spiritual point of view, plain and simple.

It is up to the individual to seek out their own covenant within their respective dogma or ideological principle and only through this will they find the so called secrets of survival. But in a lemming society people will be lead by the nose to their own destruction for this is in a multitude of prophecies as well. For my people this is simply another sign of the era in which we live for this is the time of change, there is no question. If only people would heed this message but alas more human beings will succumb to such follies and false profiteers in the days and months to come.
Call it the lone wolf ideology if you will because running with the pack is sure to glean a bitter harvest. Within my culture our medicine or sacred people only provide us with the tools to seek out our spirituality since it is up to the individual to find their sacred covenant. We walk with a clear understanding that we are surrounded by a multitude of spirits and it does not matter if they are celestial or spiritual for we only classify them as either good or evil. Buttheads that whizz around in techno-mechanical contraptions or float through walls and junk are of no real relevance to us since we simply blow them off if they run their mouths about stupid stuff. If they ask or threaten us we simply utilize the tools we were taught since childhood and poof they are OUT OF HERE. You can’t go ga ga over some lame spirit or other being just because they say so or allow fear to dictate your response because you will be toast, capice?

Ole Harold Camping is still learning that hard lesson I’ll wager. I don’t really think Hal is a false prophet but truly a misguided one who did not bother the check his messenger to see if it was the right one. He must have gotten all ga ga when some dork spirit talked to him or moved an ashtray around or something. You must make sure you are being guided by good spirits and have faith when you ask if the spirit is cool. It’s that absolute faith deal I keep rambling on about in all my writings and it’s universal throughout all dogmas and ideological principles of the universe. But it’s absolute faith on a personal level not absolute faith as dictated by another man. You must dial direct within your respective dogma or ideological principal to obtain true spirituality. The lemming mentality will surely kill you. Be a lone wolf for survival rests in your hands alone.

The key to surviving the times that lay ahead is there for all to see and it is not a secret requiring reams of books to figure out either. You just have to pay attention to your sacred books or oral traditions and walk a good way. Mans influence on the religions of the world was a negative one from the very start since they used religion as an excuse to kill others for material consequence. They have polluted their own sacred texts and penciled in a multitude of contradictions just so they could control the masses. But there are dogmas and ideological principles that continue to adhere to the core tenets of their sacred axioms. It is my firm belief all religions had solid foundations in true spirituality for there is no wrong religion only mans interpretations of them like in the case of whizz-bang Camping or the other creepazoids who purport to have exclusivity within their respective dogma or ideological principle. Wake up and smell the fry-bread for Pete’s sakes.

Unfortunately it was also prophesized that the majority of humanity would choose to follow the Pied Pipers of deception to their doom while following the axiom of stupid. So I guess this story is for the minority of the people of the earth regardless of the tint of their flesh and the dogma or ideological principle they endear. Material wealth will soon be of no consequence as the times become more virulent but common sense and a little bit of absolute faith within ones chosen dogma will determine ones destiny. You can run but you can’t hide from this era we live, even in death, because we all must pay our chosen due no matter what quarter or plain of existence we reside in. Been there, done that for I had to learn the hard way and for some reason I’m here to tell this tale. And I’m not alone for there are a multitude of other messengers from not only the indigenous world but throughout the universe who have seen and experienced what I did. I call it the “Big Slap” because my ego got its ass kicked when I had my near death experience, holay! It was sort of bitchen because I am now comfortable within my dogma big time and look to the future with promise for all of humanity for the meek shall inherit the earth when it is all said and done.

Common sense dictates that people must be prepared to fend for themselves with a back pack you can grab when danger approaches because governments of the world will soon be powerless to cope with the waves of disasters that continue to cleanse the planet. On a good day the Federal Emergency Management Agency is fighting an up hill battle to assist the general public since it just takes time to garner all the resources needed. You must be prepared to survive for at least a week before assistance can even make its way to your location depending on the event you experience. Compound this with a multitude of disasters in a multi state region and resources will be strained at best.

Your life will truly be in your own hands and you will not have anyone to blame but yourself if the crappola hits the fan in your region of the planet. Combine the physical aspect of survival with your spiritual dogmatic covenant and you will have the razors edge in survivability in your hip pocket and know which spirits are cool. You must take your destiny into your own hands if you remotely plan to survive the era in which we live. And if you have elders or kids in your care you must prepare for their survival as well. Take it for what it’s worth but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Things to do During the End of the World, May 21st

It’s May 21st and to some this will mark the end of the world. Well, I had better put on my End O the World Boxers. Nothing worst then being caught with color coded underwear in an accident or ‘the end of the world’ I always say. It seems like a nice day and I have to shoot some film anyway so maybe I’ll catch the final moments of earth since my camera will be up and running. But there is a problem though, who will watch my film after we are all gone?

From the Mayan perspective we are already nearing the end of a cycle but not the ‘end of the world’. In fact from many dogmatic perspectives we simply are coming to an end of cycles but the ‘end of the world’ was not mentioned. Funny how within the very faith some bonehead proclaims to profess ‘the end of the world’ there is a passage about this time of change, “The meek shall inherit the earth”. Hmm, how can the meek inherit the earth if the world ended? Maybe he spilled coffee on that page of his sacred book or something.

Oh well, it is not my place to judge and if it’s the end of the world for him and his follower then so be it. As for me, I’m going to load up my equipment, join my film crew and do some interviews with a group of humanitarians, eat some chow and possibly have a couple of brews, Canadian of course. Then if the ‘end of the world’ happens to arise I’ll cancel my other projects and watch the show. After all, I will have a front row seat if everything goes to hell in a hand basket.

From my tribal tradition, there is no end of the world but it is imperative that we seek out our own spirituality for our covenant with the Creator is a personal one. The key to surviving this time of change is to maintain our connection within our respective dogma and have absolute faith. Though my people believe we will face many tribulations during this time of change, ‘the end of the world’ is not one of them. Maybe my ancestors spilled coffee on their oral traditions but I doubt it since their prophecies have been right on course since time immemorial.

But in a lemming society people will follow rather than seek out the truth for themselves. It really does not matter which dogma or ideological principle one follows since the answers to surviving any obstacle or challenge on earth, spirit world or space is written in black and white or carved in stone. Within my tradition we believe the Creator sent many messengers throughout the universe to teach of right and wrong, good and evil and other moral principles for man to imbibe in during their stay on earth or other celestial body life exists on. And it is up to us to have the ability to recognize the right messenger that would come to warn us of any impending danger that lies before mankind. But that is up to the individual to discern within their respective dogmas and it is not my place to force my tradition on others. Besides, my dogma is relatively boring by western standards since we don’t have flashy TV shows and other goodies like that. We just pray, walk in a good way and follow our hearts and spirits.

For that matter, many people don’t realize nor pay attention to their respective dogmas or ideological principle for they don’t recognize the signs that were given. In any event this should be a warning to everyone that it is up to the individual to seek out the truth and not listen to some bonehead rather than read their sacred texts or oral traditions. Spirituality is a universal concept and not relegated to one specific dogma or ideological principle. One must be honest to them selves and not be influenced by mere mortals who proclaim they are the ultimate source of knowledge of dogmatic truth. Cutting off my testicles and hopping a comet is not in my equation either, remember Heavens Gate? Besides, I’ve grown fond of the boys and parting would be such sorrow eh. I am comfortable within my dogma and I don’t need some dork breathing down my neck telling me what G*D said since I dial direct and cut out the middleman. And I think you should do the same, capice?

Joe Arridy Legacy: In the Presence of Greatness

In death there is life and nothing could better epitomize this like the gathering on May 19th sponsored by The ARC Pikes Peak Region Colorado Springs when Little Joe’s grave site was re-dedicated. The sad and tragic tale of a mentally disadvantaged person (Joe Arridy) who was wrongfully executed for the rape and murder of a little girl 72 years ago bore unexpected fruit. Though the valiant efforts to save Joe from the gallows by attorney Gail Ireland were in vain he laid the groundwork for future champions of humanity to pick up where he left off. Now Little Joe has been posthumously pardoned by the noble Governor of Colorado Bill Ritter in this historic ground breaking event but the story does not end here.
The moment I began to covering the Joe Arridy story in 2007 I found myself surrounded by greatness and nobility in the world of humanity. Richard Vorrhees sociologist/anthropologist presented a simply yet poignant poem by Marguerite Young about Joe, *“The Clinic,” to renowned author and humanitarian **Robert Perske (Photo) and in doing so he reincarnated the spirit of Little Joe in 1992. Enraged by such a travesty of justice Mr. Perske wrote a book, **“Deadly Innocence” that chronicled the life and death of Joe Arridy in an era where mob rule, ego and lies influenced the judiciary. The story was compelling in many ways since it also exposed a dark side of American history where hatred and prejudice was the norm and socially acceptable. I would not have been privy to such humanitarians if it were not for Daniel Sanchez Leonetti author of the award winning screenplay “Woodpecker Waltz”, an epic accounting of Little Joe Arridy’s journey to Death Row.

I began to document the journey of Joe Arridy’s story and in the process I became spellbound by everyone involved in the fight to exonerate him. Through the lenses of my camera I witnessed the spirit of Joe Arridy as his message of loving and innocence took on a life of its own. Though his personal life was a tragedy his spirit enchanted everyone involved in this ever evolving project. From Craig Severa of ARC placing a grave stone on Little Joe’s grave to the moment Daniel Leonetti conceived an idea to garnering a pardon for Little Joe I was hooked. The unseen power and dynamic of Little Joe’s spirit was truly alive and living in all of us and continues to this day. Then Antonio Sanchez, Daniel’s cousin, contacted his dear friend and Denver attorney David Martinez to see if he could accomplish the impossible, a posthumous pardon for Joe. Mr. Martinez became driven and worked tirelessly like a man possessed, then he achieved the impossible and Joe was pardoned by Colorado Governor Bill Ritter. It was as if the spirit of Gail Ireland came to finish his work through David. When Mr. Martinez learned of the pardon there were no words to describe the elation this brilliant attorney felt.

Pryor to the gravesite re-dedication, on May 18th at the Pioneer Museum in Colorado Springs ARC sponsored “A Conversation about Joe” where all the parties involved in the Joe Arridy cause came to speak. It was at this time I was introduced to Terri Bradt the grand daughter of attorney Gail Ireland. It was apparent she was a chip off the ole block and I was enriched from our meeting. Both she and her husband Terry were warm, gracious and truly royalty within this gathering since it was her grandfather Gail Ireland who laid the groundwork for Joe Arridy’s pardon. Terri also gave me some invaluable insights in her grandfather’s history since he did not let any grass grow under his feet and became Attorney General for two distinguished terms in Colorado. He also bartered multi-state water agreements in the Rocky Mountain region and has become a legend within legal circles as well as an intrinsic part of Colorado and US history. Ms. Bradt wrote a book titled, ****“Gail Ireland, Colorado Citizen Lawyer” that chronicled Mr. Ireland’s many accomplishments and as I mentioned earlier, he laid the groundwork for Little Joe’s pardon. His tireless contribution to this cause was invaluable to Mr. Martinez and other researchers.

The frosting on the proverbial cake was when Ms. Bradt spoke of her beloved grandfather Gail Ireland. The personal insights about this champion of justice were priceless and gave us all a glimpse of who he was as a human being, a loving grandpa. Surely I was walking among true nobility and it was a good thing I had my camera rolling to capture it all since this was history in the making. There was a bit of irony for Terri and her husband as they toured around Southern Colorado though. They informed me that they encountered some negative feedback over the pardon of Joe Arridy since some people still purported his guilt or were not convinced Little Joe was innocent. In essence she and her husband got to sample some of the closed mindedness her grandfather endured while struggling to save Joe’s life from extermination. Fortunately they were undeterred by this chance encounter and the people who rambled on about the case were not aware of whom this couple was. I found it darkly humorous in my crusty sardonic way. Imagine, after 72 years and reams of data proving Joe was innocent some boneheads still had doubts. How far beyond stupid is that eh?

But no story about Joe Arridy would be complete without mentioning my friend and colleague Robert Perske. This vibrant man is truly a champion of the weak and innocent for he continues to be the driving force and inspiration to everyone he encounters. His eloquent and endearing manner is deceiving and conceals the fact he is also determined and dedicated warrior in the causes of humanity. He is a titan among the mere mortals who dares to cross his path and he’s an articulate adversary indeed. It was said he has large wings and it is an honor to have been accepted into his fold. He introduced me to a colleagues of his, the vivacious Anne Treimanis who built a web site dedicated to Joe Arridy simply called *****“Friends of Joe Arridy”. She had compiled many facts about the case and this site has become a bastion for those who stand for the cause of justice and human rights. I later learned she was a very prominent and successful attorney within the state she resides and one tough cookie in the courtroom. But she, like the rest of us, was smitten by the unbridled loving innocence Little Joe emanated up until he took his last breath. In all actuality Joe is very much alive and well living in the hearts of all who come to know him.

There are others I have not mentioned yet including the descendants of Joe Arridy, Maria Tucker and Angelina Sanchez for their stories are very compelling indeed and deserve more than a paragraph. Maria has archived Joe’s story and court documents in the library she works but this and other stories will be told when it is all said and done in the days to come. For now I still have a banquet to attend and more interviews to film because this story is not done for it is evolving as of this writing. And in the midst of all this greatness are three crusty injun dudes, Daniel, Antonio and me. At least we were not mistaken for the pool cleaners eh.

The Day To Day Battle with Bonehead Spirits

If you were paying attention to your respective dogma or ideological principle you would already know that we are surrounded by many different beings or spirits. Reams of sacred texts have taught how people coped with spirits that influenced their lives over the years. For the most part these restless souls are still wandering around within the confines of the spirit-world kicking over garbage cans. Granted there are many more apparitious dudes floating around and some of them are not so cool. If you paid attention to your sacred texts or oral traditions these dorks are actually no biggie and a simple request or prayer will whisk these buttheads of the dark out of your hair.

It does not really matter which dogma you follow since they all speak about these minions and how to cope with them so it should be a no brainer. Unfortunately many people continue to walk this duel life where spirits or ghosts don’t exist yet they claim to be devout followers of their respective dogmas. Now really, how far beyond stupid is that eh? The cold hard fact of the matter is, spirits exist and always have existed since before your dogma was ever written. The only real difference between us and spirit is that sack of meat we lug around called the body. Other than that, we are spirits in every respect and whence we kick the proverbial bucket we will be floating around doing what spirits do. Hopefully you don’t decide to pushing ashtrays around and terrorize your widow. But if that’s your choice then so be it. But I believe there is a protocol within all dogma’s that guide you through the routine after you leave life on earth so maybe its time to pay attention.

Frankly I find any and all parlor games some rapacious spirits like to pull off quite lame and I am not impressed one iota. Give me a break, so you’re dead but that does not give you license to barge into my pad and screw with my sleep or move my furniture around. Moving chairs is just plain stupid for a spirit to do in my opinion. Why the hell would these boneheads waste their time trying to freak me out anyway? If they really wanted to do something they could clean out my fridge or water the horses but waking me up at odd hours of the night just pisses me off and they don’t get the response they were looking for. Fact is, a person should never be brow beaten by any spirit no matter how ugly they try to make themselves. I prefer to whisk the air around them while showing them the door since I have no use for these foolish apparitions. I could give a flying crappola about their threats either and I’ve been given all kinds of threats by these goons of darkness in the past. They don’t have power unless you feed them with your fear, plain and simple.

Oh they will rush up to you with some hideous looking face they contorted to freak you out but that’s all they really can do unless you play into the fear factor. But if you stand your ground, even if you’re freaking, they will eventually leave you along since you did not feed into their B.S. After all, bad or lame spirits feed on fear and that is what gives them power, just remember that. But your respective dogma will provide you the necessary tools to cope with these butt-cracks of the hereafter provided you are paying attention. Within my tradition we don’t give these crumbs an inch since they will take a mile if you let them and fear is their primary objective. It is not to say I would not get startled but who wouldn’t if someone or something tried to spook you in the dark. But once I get my bearings I am chasing them around with a broom just to screw with them and they don’t like that at all. As far as I’m concerned, they were punks and sidewalk commandos in life and they still are punks in death. Besides, they were too stupid to continue their journey and chose to hang out here. How far beyond stupid is that eh?

The big deal about coping with spirits, especially at this juncture in time, is the fact the spirit-world is interfacing with our plain of existence more and more. People are doing some lame things these days and its all about those “voices in their heads” gawd. Those voices are them butthead spirits telling people to toss Joey in the oven or whack their spouse’s heads off. Within my tradition we already know the shroud of evil has descended on humanity. Deception and greed has become the order of the day where humanity is of minor consequence and regardless of how bad this is, it’s only a sign of bigger things to come. The reality is the fact man’s nonsense will soon be washed away as people struggle to survive natural events rendering man’s influence only to a pimple on an elephant’s ass by comparison. We may think we are struggling now but in the future this will be a fond memory.

My people embrace this time of change since we’ve lived in squalor for generations, well after my people were colonized and placed in reservations that is. For us indigenous types this time of change is liberation from hundreds of years of lies and broken promises. You guys only get play in this fetid crappola for the next few years, so you lucked out in a way. And I don’t want to receive any hate mail telling me how prejudice I am with white people because I have a ton of nonnative friends I work with in the entertainment industry. The message of change and spirituality is a universal message for all of humanity and not relegated just to us red guys. We are not privy to this time of change; it’s just that this axiom was never removed from out tradition.

Charlemagne and his minions made sure all you Euro dudes lost your ancient traditions and in a way he was Europe’s General Armstrong Custer for all the death and destruction Charlemagne and his lineage bestowed on those who did not pray his way, what a spaz. And they called him the great builder of Europe, paleeze. Hmm, come to think of it why is it when I mention my indigenous history people get the red ass and tell me that I should be more kind and sensitive about it? There is nothing sensitive about what happened to my people since it was wholesale genocide, rape and torture and there is no kind way to describe a holocaust either. Unfortunately this was committed by Europeans and their descendants so there is no way to gently unmask this reality. There, I vented…

I still think spirits from the Creator have a great sense of humor since, for what ever reason, they chose me to be one of the many messengers preparing man for the time of change. Believe me, I did not choose this job since I was perfectly happy being a goon in my corrupt little world shaking down creeps, pushing my weight around and doing wheel stands with my 53’ Panhead. But nooooooo, here I am warning people of impending danger and asking them to seek out their own spirituality within their respective dogmas in order to survive the times that lay ahead. In a way there is consolation though, it was also prophesized many people would not heed my ramblings or that of their respective religious icons so if you don’t buy into my stuff, oh well, ain’t no skin off my nose but at least I did give you a heads up.

I am just not the fluffy messenger with trumpets playing and all that. I’m just a crusty old native guy with a salty disposition and a chip on my shoulder who could give a flying crappola what people think since I really don’t care. Just remember that spirits are on the prowl and the secret to dealing with them and the time of change is written within your scared texts, I know because I even read it. Maybe you should read your sacred texts; it may save your life in more ways than one. Now was that fluffy or what?

Al Qaeda is going to Retaliate? What about the Last 10 years? Just when you thought the news could not get any dumber then the media flashes a blurb that Al Qaeda is going to retaliate for the killing of Osama bin Laden. Umm, well aren’t we at war with these Bozo’s already? Maybe someone should send them a communiqué and remind them we are still in the midst of heated combat. Those are not canneries flying past their windows, they are drones. We’ve given up our civil rights already so I guess in response we will simply just eliminate what is left of our Bill of Rights and the Constitution that will show them. As for being safer, now we have to contend with trigger happy cops eager to try out their tasers if we blink suspiciously or mention fava beans.

Though we’ve bombed the Mideast into the Stone Age killing civilians by the gaggle Americas have taken a major hit since we now live in a paranoid society that has become afraid of their own shadow. We are the chicken nation, cluck, cluck, cluck. Homeland Security has Americans spying on Americans while the Taliban laughs all the way to the bank and now little Joey Zimmermann gets felt up at the airport. We live in lock-down conditions and everyone is a suspect in this upside down convoluted form of government. G.W. ushered in the unconstitutional PATRIOT ACT and now tyranny reigns. If that were not bad enough Obama quietly renewed this travesty of government and wrote in a few more pages and he’s a constitutional attorney. How far beyond stupid is that? Guess we now know why he was a community organizer and chair folder. Gads, I hate this proxy Bush third term but the military industrial complex and all its investors love it. So do speculators and the banking communities. Dare I mention all the third world dictators who continue to receive billions in US taxpayer’s money while we scrounge around in dumpsters for sustenance?

The frosting on the cake surely is the threat from alleged Al Qaeda lackeys that America faces retaliation for whacking bin Laden, paleeze. Maybe these buttheads should head back to the Mideast and catch a glimpse of what is happening because it would appear these guys are living on another planet. Maybe they are hanging out with them space dorks who share technology with pinheads and murderers back on earth. 10 years transpired since G.W.’s War came into being, under false pretenses thanks to Donald Rumsfeld. Many of our kids died in the process already and you have to wonder what everyone is thinking and if they are capable of sound logic. Obviously everyone has their heads up their posterior and is incapable of thinking outside of political correctness and corporate profits. So Osama is dead, what’s the excuse gong to be now? Maybe we’ll invent another noble cause to finish off the rest of our youthful population and spend millions more on smart bombs that still kill civilians.

I can see it now, Al Qaeda made another threat and it’s the Americans who will bare the brunt of more laws that restrict civil liberties and quash what is left of the Constitution of the United States of America. Guess we will have to go to the airport naked and prepare for cavity inspections like in county jail. The reality is, Al Qaeda and the Taliban deployed a Weapon of Mass Destruction and everybody missed it because it was dropped on our Constitution decimating democracy as we once knew it. But I guess you missed it, oh well.

Is Osama Dead Or What?

After listening to miles of blarney from the mainstream media I went from believing Osama is dead to wondering if Osama is chatting with Saddam at a resort in Macau. It all started out OK with all the hype and excitement over whacking Osama bin Laden but when all the smoke cleared I wondered deep inside, “Is this just another political stage production?” The convenient excuse machine began to pump excuse after excuse then red flags went up. But really, how would showing pictures of a dead Bin Laden be more inflammatory to Al Qaeda then physically killing their spiritual leader? They would be madder than a hornet’s nest if he were actually killed, picture or no picture.

As per usual the media began their campaign of stacking story after story until the news began to contradict each other but by then there was no telling what the truth was, good ploy though. In fact this whole bin Laden thing stinks to high heaven and sadly there is no one with credibility we can trust to give us the straight facts. We may hear what we want to hear but cold hard facts are not in the equation these days. I felt bad for press secretary Jay Carney because he had that “I peed in the swimming pool” look big time. Obama should have said nothing for he is not the greatest prevaricator of all time either. If there was a legitimate reason for concealing the photo they blew that one out of the water and it’s all down hill from here.

The alleged shooting of Osama bin Laden has taken on the persona of an elaborate political event that degraded to the level of a cheesy sideshow. Snake oil salesmen out in force spinning their yarns in classic convincing flare. Eventually a version everyone finds palatable will become the new truth. Facts and details that don’t fit the new version will fade from focus and ultimately out of mind. Whether or not bin Laden was killed a few days or years ago and if he was even killed will not matter in the grand scheme of things. If Osama showed up at a 7-11 in Burbank after closing time at the Copacabana I would not be surprised. I’d just buy my politically incorrect pack of cigarettes and be on my way. Hopefully his entourage would be reasonably sober and avoid stumbling onto my motorcycle spilling their Mai Tai’s on my paint job. Gads, I hate that.

Come to think of it that bogus execution video of Saddam Hussein also sucked. With all the spiffy digital cameras available you would think someone used a real camera instead of a pixilated cell phone cam for the execution of the century. Well maybe the execution of the decade since now we have bin Laden’s field execution. His hanging left a lot to be desired also since it was just too full of flaws and dead space for me. It looked stupid so it was stupid. But hind sight is 20/20 and it is clear this was another questionable death of a very prolific dictator. Someone should have loped Saddam’s cabeza off and place it on the hood of his Volvo. Then maybe I might have bought into his death. He might be in Kennebunkport Maine with Osama bin Laden playing shuffleboard. I bet Saddam would have gotten up in a quick hurry if someone started carving on his throat after the hanging. If Osama was actually killed a few days ago then the government did a bang up job of botching up this simple PR job by making things appear very conspiratorial. Befuddled and besmirched by inconsistent rhetoric credibility has become mote indeed and this has turned into a photo op assassination. The victims and survivors, left out in the cold again.

Is Barack Obama Really an American? The $64 Question

Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Sotoro, or what ever, has been in a heated battle with birthers since he first ran for president of the United States of America. Well now he’s been president for 2 years and the controversy rages on but is it a valid point to reconnoiter? This is a free country and it is everyone’s right to ask and explore any question or issue they choose. For whatever its worth I think this is all nothing more than a distraction since this argument is not going any further than gathering support money for a mot point and nothing will come of it. Surely there are more pressing issues to contend with in this age of chaos.

There are a myriad of reasons why I believe Barack Hussein Obama is American but I’ll just give you an overview. The family tree on his mothers (Stanley Ann Dunham) side reads more like a “who is who” in US history. I am not a particular fan of Barack’s policies at times but I think he is as American as George Washington, or was he British? I found that his bloodline runs blue and pierces deep into the rich and tumultuous history of Ireland and England. Gads, he is related to all kinds of historic dudes throughout the ages. The Dunham family is immersed in history with quite a pedigree indeed. As for his dad, he was simply a young idealist from Kenya with some provocative liaisons with questionable political underpinnings. I don’t think Barack was being indoctrinated into communism when he visited with his dad for the only month they ever shared. I bet he wanted to get acquainted with the father he never knew and had a millions questions and issues to work out. I don’t buy into the various renditions of how he grew up that popped up recently, including his latest version though. His childhood was more a tragic journey and not the smoking gun of conspiracy people are looking for. Ole Arnold Schwarzenegger Kennedy was Austrian born and yet he was allowed to plunge California into economic chaos. Dare we mention the political affiliations his family enjoined in the past or is that different?

Constitution of the United States of America: Article Two, Clause 5
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

Since I live by this document I must stand by Barack Obama on this issue since he is an American, lock stock and tomahawk. I may have some issues with our president but his lineage is not one of them. But I do have some issues with this part of his contract with America, his oath of office.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

To preserve, protect and defend Constitution of the United States, hmm. He is not the first president in recent years to sidestep the most important document in the United States of America either. This document has been pushed, tweaked and molded to fit the needs of previous presidents and their corporate constituents to such a degree it is all but unrecognizable, their interpretation that is. Sounds like religion because it is being used for geopolitical purposes rather than what it was intended for. Barack is a constitutional attorney so it’s not like he does not know the law of the land yet he continues down the path of unconstitutional lawlessness with legislation totally contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America and that is a slight problem eh. As usual we’ve taken the path of least resistance and allow our politicians to boldly violate the core tenets of this country. Use it or loose it and from all indicators we have lost it. Soon democracy will fade from existence as austerity becomes the catchword for the loss of national sovereignty but at least we got a birth certificate out of the deal.

If you did your homework you would already know that the Bilderberg Cartel has planted their lackey’s deep within all political parties in the United States of America. Europe and other continents suffer this scourge of international corporatists who are deliberately bankrupting their host nations in order to usher in the infamous New World Order, a fascist dictum. Humorously, China is an example of Bilderberg Cartel Corruption and Russia is not far behind since Putin and Medvedev both promote the New World Order as opposed to communism. The vehicle of this treasonous crime against national sovereignties is Globalization. The goal is to officially install an elite group of trillionaires in the seat of ultimate authority on a world scale. Their infantry consists of the United Nations, The World Trade Organization, The International Monetary Fund and the World Health Organization, all lackeys who take their marching orders from the Bilderberg Cartel. Basically, I call it “Rockefellers Revenge” for having to disenfranchise their monopolies back in the early 1900’s.

Rupert Murdock’s latest antics where he used his Bilderberg influence to spy on kings and presidents only exposes the lawlessness the Bilderbutthead Cartel operates around the world. Rupert is an officer in this crime cartel by the way. They are above the law since money is the influence that has bought kings, Presidents and political parties around the world. The common man is powerless to stop them since they control almost every news outlet on the planet and ultimately, the minds of the lemming populations throughout the free world. They also control the fuel and food so they are playing with a stacked deck and we-the-people are dealt jokers. Funny how we all forgot how congress and the newly elected president was going to address the “petroleum speculator scam” back in 2008. Guess the profits were to good for investors on both sides of the political isle. There is no shortage of fuel since Saudi Arabia increased production to offset Libyan production losses. Saudi also cut back production when people balked at the rise in fuel costs as well. The only pawns are the blind public and the poor as corrupted politicians use them for votes with false hopes and promises, the same rhetoric they uses the last election. They could have made new lies to promise us with rather than the old ones though. But as usual we are to stupid to remember that far back anyway.

The rulers of the Mid-East have always been in the pockets of Bilderberg Cartel Lackey’s and that is the real reason for such a dysfunctional response to the cries for democracy around the world. Ironically, democracy is a pocks to all Bilderberg scum and America is a classic example of this vermin’s negative influence on the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Phony Tony, Gordy and Davey of the UK are all Bilderberg lackeys and Nicole Sarkozy is another slime ball Bilderberg kiss ass, go figure. Just read the list of attendees to their secretive meetings over the years and you will know who is who in the world of treason, deception and corporate greed.

It’s all about the fetid Blue Blood line of hacks who are descendants of signers of the Magna Charta. Its old money and feudalism dressed in civil society. Sadly there is nothing civil about this scurrilous collection of greedy vermin who consider themselves the “Elite Class” and it’s all about the money paisan. There is no question they are followers of the false prophets who’ve come to their ancestors several thousand years ago. Whether it be aliens from the bowels of the Earth or space or simply bad spirits who’ve offered parlor tricks to kings to show their G*Dliness and proof they are rules of the universe, man has been taken for a ride, plain and simple. You don’t have to buy into this and I really don’t care but now you know the reality and what you do with it is your business.

I live with many visions within my tribal tradition and this is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg as far as intangible science is concerned but I guarantee you its gong to get way more supernatural or whatever you guys like to call things from the paranormal. Another piece of advice, don’t buy into how great any stellar being is when it is governments who promote their benevolence for they are just G*Dless buttheads from space with fancy toys that impress the stupid. Check out your respective dogmas or ideological principals for more details about this time of change homeboy/girl. If you even bother, you will come to realize these sacred books are all about the intangible and the supernatural. And these sacred texts are chock full of stories of how people survived these bonehead spirits regardless of their toys, what ever. But if you don’t see it now, you never will and most likely you will march to your doom by some charismatic figure who is purposefully leading you astray. That’s in prophecies as well by the way, or did you miss that part?

Bottom line is, Ma Earth will ultimately win but not for our sake but for her own since she was created with this cycle of cleansing. The space or spirit puke that has led Charlemagne’s descendants down the path of death and greed in the name of G*D will loose in a big way for this will be their day of reckoning also. There is no turning back the clock for this is their destiny as prophesied. Their days are numbered and like the old adage goes, “And the Meek Shall Inherit the Earth”. In my tribe we say, “The Top Will Be the Bottom and the Bottom Will Be the Top”. In any event, every dog has his day and what comes around goes around from a street perspective. It is funny how Bilderberg scumbags managed to hijack the environmental movement and science in order to secure the most contaminating source of power on the planet, Nuclear Energy. But that’s another story and is just a side-show in the grand scheme of things. Just remember a vision I had where many beings and man would watched helplessly as the power of the Creator cleansed the Earth and humanity. When you think about it, Charlemagne and all his descendants were actually true dummies for buying into parlor tricks from either space dudes or spirits. But I guess their reward was the riches of the planet since these boneheads from the supernatural realm condoned the wholesale murder of innocent people. Not so benevolent eh?

For me it really does not matter if I survive the catastrophes that lay in store for humanity and the space vermin I’ve seen in my visions. I just want to watch as their empires built on silica sand and the blood of the innocent comes crumbling down because technology will be first on the hit-list and that day is just around the corner. I am already contaminated by radiation from work I’ve done in the past and since radiation is cumulative I know my days are numbered. I don’t fear death since I know what is on the other side and one day you will too and say, “That crazy Red Indian guy was right all along”. Then you will be scrambling to remember all the weird stuff I was telling you. Fortunately there are other messengers from all dogmas who’ve been trying to warn you so I am not alone. I’m just a crusty street skin and still wonder why I am a messenger when there are so many creamy and nice people who would be better suited for this job.

Frankly, I have a giant chip on my shoulder and an ax to grind because of all the strife my people endured by centuries of Euro-Vermin who murdered my people in the name of G*D, stole our land and robbed Ma Earths natural resources. So it is obvious to me the Creator has a sense of humor for giving me this thankless task. I would have rather said nothing and let this be a surprise to this G*Dless planet but that is just not in the cards since I made a deal with the Creator. Guess this is my penance of sorts for being a goon in my early life. On the bright side, most of you will think I bumped my head and blow off this and other warnings I’ve written in the years past. And that is part of prophecy as well. But in all reality we are all in the same boat, only difference is some of us are wearing a spiritual life-preserver while others wear a vest of solid gold and the boat has a hole in it. It should be clears as the schnozzola on your face that this disaster has turned political. Nuclear pundits, investors, including politicians on both sides of the isle and financially involved scientists sugarcoat catastrophe. The media as a whole are owned by parent corporations who vey to capitalize on nuclear energy. Just follow the money and you will discover who is who in the world of nuclear energy and ironically, globalization. So it is up to you the forgotten citizen of what every county you reside to seek out the truth so you can protect your family. There are solution to this crisis and they are very affordable since all one would have to do is avoid precipitation and pretty much stay indoors. One could also wear a mask and long sleeved clothing if one needed to venture outside. All you would need to do is study the radiation disbursement charts provided by existing sites to plan your day. Sadly, this will eventually be a part of daily life as change continues to encroach on humanity.

Then there are people who simply want to ignore it all and pretend all is nice. That is OK too since this is still a free country. After all, there is nothing man can do to alter the fact our environment will be much more radio active than before. It is also only a matter of time before governments increase the levels of acceptable radiation in the environment. Sadly they have no choice because all days would be “Radioactive Fallout Days” if the bar was not raised. Unlike petrochemicals, radioactive contamination lasts forever as far as our lives are concerned. The deadly plumes that are coming out of Fukushima are contaminating Asia at an alarming rate and the ocean will soon bare cancer causing fish from the thousands of tons of radioactive water that has already spewed into the once pristine sea. It is a done deal boys and girls, we are beamed up with radiation and soon new cancers will arise from this latest transuranic event.

Hopefully this site will not disappear like so many others have in the past. None dare call it censorship, just another coincidence. We are in the midst of a nuclear catastrophe and there is no sugarcoating the fact our environment will be much more cancerous than before when and if Fukushima is finally put to rest. Just remember, the full extent of contamination from Chernobyl was concealed from the public and is still the subject of debate and cover-up. A few more nuclear disasters and we will need to wear *Tyvek suites just to go to Zellers or Tim Horton’s for a cup of java because radiation does not go away. Raising the level of acceptable rediation does not cure a thing other than show face to the nuclear industry. Radiation sickness is already masked by the medical communities and pharmaceutical companies are already gearing up for the next rash of new “cancers” that are set to plague mankind. But what do I know since I was only trained by the EPA and FEMA. I also worked in radioactively contaminated parts of the country left behind by Union Carbide. I know I glow in the dark and I know nuclear pundits are lying their well dressed asses off as well.
I would rather know the truth and live rather than live in lies and die.

Surly radiation is the gift that keeps on giving and now I am informed rain or snow will be radioactive and not to collect the runoff. That is just ducky because it looks like a snow storm is brewing in the high country. Oh well, so I’ll have some radioactive snow to shovel. Won’t be the first time. There is something I have noticed today; the daylight sky has an ominous tint to it. An elder pointed out the haze and commented on how it looked like an omen or shroud over the Rockies. The Earth Change Trifecta and Spirit Stuff

Already, pundits have begun playing down the second worst nuclear disaster in world history at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, second only to Chernobyl. But in the grand scheme of things Japans triple disaster is only another sign of the times we live. Eventually the onslaught of “coincidental” catastrophic events around the world will be impossible to ignore any longer. Like the thieves in the night the earth changes have already begun in earnest as prescribed in a multitude of prophetic teachings. There is no quarter that will be spared. Mankind may have gotten religion and prophecy all wrong but Ma Earth sure didn’t. Guess you could call this time of change an interfaith cataclysm that everyone can enjoy from the comforts of their home or survival shelter.

Down playing the presents of radiation was an insult to the intelligence. Within the same sentence news pundits mentioned how US sailors and the helicopters were already at critical exposure levels from just delivering aid to drop zones in Japan. Why can’t they simply tell people the truth about the dire situation as it is? In the case of Chernobyl, everyone was lied to about the totality of that nuclear catastrophe. After the plant explosion the world was covered in radioactive dust, lock stock and tomahawk. Some places got more than others but there were enough contamination to go around. The ambient radiation in our environment was increased a thousand fold. Radioactive dust from Chernobyl continues to circle the globe to this day. Instead of lying about the totality of contamination, truly responsible authorities would have issued iodine tablets to everyone within their respective nations if that truly offered some relief. They should have made some kind of effort to protect their electorates. The pharmaceutical companies would have made a killing and they wouldn’t have had to invent cheese names for new diseases to mask the side effects of radiation contamination. Fukushima will make the Three Mile Island disaster seem like a fart in the wind by its shear volume. Umm, exposed fuel rods are not a good thing but I’m also not a nuclear physicist struggling with job security issues at the moment. People are being contaminated by something and I just wonder if that’s just another coincidence?

Take a long had look at the crisis in Japan. The Japanese government prepared its citizens in earnest for disasters. The diligent population took these drills and exercises seriously and went to great lengths to prepare. Surely there would have been a much greater loss of life if this country did not drill and train as intensely as they did. Tsunami escape routes are posted and sirens are everywhere. Their nuclear reactors were quality engineered and designed to deal with disasters common in Japan including earthquakes. Japan was a model nuclear nation and an example for others to follow just a day before the quake. But even with all the preparations untold thousands perished with scores of villages wiped completely off the face of the earth up and down the coast of Japan.

This is a logistical nightmare from a first responder’s point of view since there are so many hazards that pose a mortal danger to rescuers. Transportation is a major issue since everything must be airlifted. Roads and rail lines are nonexistent in the stricken regions where help is needed the most. There is no question nuclear workers will suffer from exposure in the weeks and years to come. Stories about birth defects and cancers directly related to their exposure to radiation will be suppressed or discounted. I guess nuclear physicists will have to increase the acceptable levels of ambient radiation once again since levels are increasing as we speak. Eventually we will have to wear lead boxers to protect our junk or junkettes. Hmm, does radioactive contamination cause ET?

On the bright side, this disaster is also another sign verifying the era we live. Prophecies just keep coming to pass and it does not matter what dogma or ideological principal one follows. According to these writings events will increase with more virulence as time progresses. Eventually people and nations will be too wrapped up in their own catastrophes to worry about others. Supplies will begin to dwindle on a grand scale as farmland disappears or becomes unusable. Flotillas of aid that once filled the oceans when disasters struck will cease to set sail. Nations will struggle in the face of a multitude of disasters that plague man and beast. Conflict of every kind will dot the landscape. Technology will be mans Achilles tendon or nemeses as it becomes unreliable and impractical. Ultimately modern conveniences will cease to function as coastlines change and rivers forge a new course.

Along with the physical, man will be tormented by spirits from many plains of existence. Sanity will be a rare commodity in a world that appears insane. Gangs will roam urban ruins unabated as pandemonium reaches a feverish pace in some metropolitan areas. Other places will become city/states as community’s band together to preserve a semblance of order in the chaotic world. People will fear the dark more than ever before as spirits make folly of the unaware and ill prepared. The supernatural aspect of change will undoubtedly be the greatest challenge to man. And frankly, I could give a flying crappola because I have troubles of my own.

Yup, everything is going to hell in a hand basket and there ain’t a frigging thing I can do to stop it. Yeah there is more to the time of change than I can possibly describe here. Just believe that anything is possible and don’t freak out on dumb stuff. Many people will be paralyzed with fear over witnessing one supernatural thing or another. They will have this glazed look in their eyes, oh brother. That is why you must get a handle on your spirituality now before it gets any busier in the spirit-world. You are not going to change or alter the destiny of mankind but you can still save your ass. You need to read your sacred books and speak to your ancestors or what ever you guys do. It is time to figure out which spirits are cool and which ones are tricksters. Spirits meddle with your affairs on a daily basis. The funny part is, they have always been there, its just that we can see and hear them now. During the time of change the spirit-world and other plains of existence will interface with ours. In fact it has already begun. Surely you did not think bad spirits mentioned in your dogma or traditions simply went away. Naw, they are still out there screwing with people in a very real and paranormal way and dumping a few coins in an offering plate or burning a few sticks of incense does not buy you any reprieve.

Time is running short and eventually my site will succumb from the ill affects of the earth changes like everyone else. Therefore I am stressing the most important aspects of survival I know and they all are spiritually oriented. That is the key to surviving everything you may encounter including reruns of the Flying Nun. There is no right or wrong religion only a right or wrong way of interpreting it. When man says G*D told him to whack another human being, they were listening to the wrong spirits, big time. So it is up to you to become familiar with the spirit-world and know who the good guys really are. Obviously you can’t trust mans rendition of religion since they’ve clearly added their own spin to it. Besides, it’s all about the covenant between you and the Creator and nobody else. You don’t have to beat to anyone’s drum just so long as you have a very real spiritual connection as prescribed by your dogma. Good is good no matter what dogma you choose to be. Spirits in the spirit-world are not anal about how you pray or believe just so you walk in a truly good way. Evil or bad spirits only care if you’re dumb enough to by into their smack.

Evil spirits are nothing more than flautists of fear and feed on our ignorance and misbegotten superstitions. But I’ve also seen good in such a form of purity that it made me cry like a baby to know there was something so beautiful that loved me. All my senses were somehow embraced in a warmly emotional way, something I never experienced here on earth. I thought that was kind of bitchen. Earth changes are here to stay and I got my spiritual connection within my belief system/tradition and it would be wise if you did the same. I’m not exactly sure when the plug will be pulled on the net and technology but it’s not to far away now. The only real question is not if but where will the next catastrophe be.

South African authorities issued a warning to its citizens to prepare for the dire affects of the latest solar storm. They suggested their citizens wear sun protection or stay indoors. NASA also issued a warning about the latest solar outburst but for the most part the rest of the planet was ambivalent to the whole situation. As noble as the South African governments attempt to prepare its people was it offered more of a placebo since gamma and x-rays can not be stopped by sun tan lotion. In fact gamma and x-rays penetrate most structures with relative ease. Staying indoors would provide little to no protection since gamma rays can penetrate 1 meter of solid concrete. But if your home was still covered in toxic lead based paint you’d have some protection at the very least. Ironic huh.

After talking with Joseph Allen Ruanto-Ramirez of the Council of American Indian Organizations I am most compelled to forward a letter they sent to the president of the University of California, Mark Yudof. The world needs to know what is happening within the good ole USA since this is far from the conduct of a civil society and it borders on barbarism. Apparently the University of California has continued to stall the return of Native Americans remains (CA-SDI-4669) for at least 35 years. From what I’ve gathered Native remains are scattered around the universities and used for “research”. Now what are they researching anyway? Are they still trying to prove we are not human like the US did at the turn of the 20^th century? What gives these anthropologists licenses to grave rob?? If I went to George Washington’s resting place for “research” I would be tossed in the poky for such an egregious act of desecration. Why is it OK to ravage our sacred sites in the name of science in the first place? But to stall in the return of our ancestors is just plain criminal. And they called us savages.

Anthropologists poke around sacred burial sites and dig up our dead, in the name of science of course through out Indian Country already. But what right do these alchemists have tossing our ancestors bones around their labs and playing with their skulls? The ultimate slap in the face is that these researchers act as if the hallowed remains are theirs to do as they wish in perpetuity. The fact they failed to return the remains for 35 years hints at the possibility the remains are scattered throughout the University of California system and they don’t really know where everything is. I shudder to think the remains are in some collection or trophy in a secret society like Geronimo’s skull. In any event it is time for the world to know what is happening within the University of California since it is likened to a B-Rated horror flick and a slap in the face to everything that is sacred in a civil society. Frankly I find it patently offensive our ancestors are being used for a collegic show and tell in the first place. And no, we are not sub-human but I am beginning to question the moral and ethical reasoning of the University of California.
In any event, I am forwarding the Council of American Indian Organizations letter requesting the return of the sacred remains of our brothers and sister. And I would suggest that everyone around the world inform the University of California, President Mark Yudof and the board of directors that the world is watching. I would also suggest you contact the Council of American Indian Organizations and offer your support as well.

Dear President Yudof,
The Council of American Indian Organizations of San Diego County adds our voices to the many that are requesting that the Native American remains CA-SDI-4669 be returned to their people.
These remains are long overdue (35 years!) to be repatriated. The local 13 Kumeyaay Bands in this County have come together to support their return to the La Posta Band of Mission Indians, a federally recognized Band of the Kumeyaay Nation. It amazes us that the UC system is so resistant to this very human request that their ancestors’ graves not be tampered with and returned when they are disturbed. The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act clearly states that this is the only recourse for these remains. Why – instead of building communication, bridges and reconciliation – are the Kumeyaay people and American Indians being denied this fair and moral path by an institution that sits on Indian land and is supported by Indian taxpayers?
It is no wonder that American Indians do not want to attend UCSD and other UC schools due to this injustice. Now this matter is in your hands to correct and we know you will not continue this insult and affront to the 55,000 Native Americans in San Diego County.

From an indigenous point of view, I am giddy with excitement as prophetic signs of every kind come to pass with even greater frequency than before. The cool part about it all is the fact these signs are written within a myriad of dogmas not just mine. The riots and other forms of civil unrest, regardless of issues or pseudo political agendas, will spread throughout the world relatively quickly. Dabble in a few more ‘coincidental’ natural catastrophes to man’s misery and there will be a few more pissed off hungry human beings flipping over cop cars and torching up the neighborhood 7-11. And all the while the stock market keeps counting coup on the taxpayer to the joy of international globalists. With skyrocketing profits in critical sectors it is only clear that blatantly unwarrantable greed is the corporate axiom and justification for sharp increases in all consumer goods. There is no end to man’s unscrupularity but fortunately Ma Earth and her chums have another idea.

It would seem like a filmmaker of Chris Eyre's stature shouldn't have trouble finding meaningful work. His first feature-length film, "Smoke Signals," won the Filmmakers Trophy and Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival. His 2004 film, "Edge of America," was likewise a hit at Sundance, and earned him the Directors Guild of America's award for outstanding directorial achievement in children's programs - making him the first Native American to win the award.

But at a panel discussion on issues faced by Native American filmmakers on Monday, Eyre was blunt about the realities of working in his chosen field.

"Just because you do something one way a certain year and it works, doesn't mean you can do it successfully next time," he said. "There is no map. You live hand to mouth a lot. But if it's what you love, it's the greatest thing in the world."

Those sentiments were echoed by several members of the panel that convened at the Downtown Dance Collective as part of the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, which continues through this weekend at the Wilma Theatre and other downtown venues.

Addressing an audience of several dozen festivalgoers, filmmaker Angelo Baca said the challenges of finding a foothold in the film industry are all the greater for young Native Americans.

"It's really difficult to get Natives as filmmakers and actors to break into the mainstream," said Baca, who works with the Native Voices Program at the University of Washington. "We have to create our own opportunities, and it's definitely hard."

The challenges amount to something of a Catch-22, according to Rene Haynes, a Hollywood casting agent who specializes in Native American projects.

"Not enough Native actors get into mainstream projects just as actors; they're always sort of put into a box," said Haynes. "And the problem has always been that there is only a handful of (Native American) actors who are known as individuals who can help get a picture made. They can't even entirely get a ‘green light' on a picture."

Lacking such established stars, precious few films about and by Native Americans end up getting made - and those that do are all too often of the variety referred to by Haynes as "really dreadful ‘leather-and-feather' historical movies."

"I will say, probably 80 percent of the scripts I'm seeing these days are on contemporary subjects," noted Haynes. "It's a crime that these aren't being realized."

Much of the challenge comes from the funding opportunities within Native American communities, noted Tracy Rector, director of "Unreserved," a documentary that screened earlier Monday at the Wilma Theatre.

"A lot of funding for these films comes from tribes and communities; but the challenge is when you're talking about, say, films about Natives living in cities - where's the funding for that?" said Rector. "In terms of funding, we have to be creative."

Shirley Sneve, executive director of the Native American Public Telecommunications, said that the key is finding ways in which Native American stories can be made universal stories.

"We try to work with our filmmakers to say, ‘Who do you want to watch this film? Who's your target audience?'" said Sneve, whose organization provides funding for Native American film projects. "One thing that's important is that it's a story everybody can relate to."

Ultimately, all on the panel agreed that filmmaking - whether in the documentary or fiction realm - is a critical component of building community and reinforcing identity among Native Americans in the contemporary world.

"I always think of (filmmaking) as one of the ultimate sovereign acts," said Baca. "It's like running your own small nation; you have to plan and schedule and make sure everybody's doing their job, if you want to make things move smoothly. ... If we continue to build the community, I believe it'll become easier."

Monday's panel was part of a festival "sidebar" dubbed "Indigenous Visions." Funded through grants from the Academy Foundation, Humanities Montana, the University of Montana's Native American Studies department, ITVS, Native American Public Telecommunications, and the Silver Foundation, "Indigenous Visions" also brought screenings of nine documentaries by Native American filmmakers to this year's festival.

Most of those screenings have already taken place, with the exception of Stanley Nelson's "Wounded Knee" (Thursday, Feb. 18, at 5:45 p.m.) and Heather Rae's "Trudell" (Sunday, Feb. 21, at 4:50 p.m.).

GONE WITH THE WIND A decade after Smoke Signals, success remains elusive for Native American filmmakers

Sherman Alexie stands at the back of a dark, crowded theater at last month’s Palm Springs Native American Film Festival, scanning the audience for reactions. The festival is showing the film made from Alexie’s first screenplay, Smoke Signals, in honor of its 10th anniversary, and he’s keen to see how it has held up over time. “I don’t know if I can watch the whole thing,” he says, “too many flaws.” Onscreen, Alexie’s memorable road-trip buddies Victor (Adam Beach) and Thomas-Builds-the-Fire (Evan Adams) sit in a trailer watching old cowboy-and-Indian movies. “The only thing more pathetic than Indians on TV,” says Thomas, “is Indians watching Indians on TV.” The crowd erupts with laughter and Alexie smiles. It’s a great line, and at the time it was written it was certainly true. Despite the dawn of political correctness in the ’90s, depictions of Native Americans as either bloodthirsty savages or as the stoic, spiritual antecedents to hippie culture continued to dominate the big screen.

But Smoke Signals threatened to change all that. The first major film written, directed and acted by Native Americans, Smoke Signals was both a critical and commercial success. Selected for the dramatic competition at Sundance and winner of the festival’s Audience Award, it was bought by Miramax and went on to bank $6.8 million at the box office on a budget of less than $2 million. More importantly, it offered Native Americans starved for positive and accurate depictions of themselves something they could watch and be proud of.

The film’s success appeared to be a harbinger of a new wave of Native filmmaking. What’s happened since? “Absolutely nothing,” according to Alexie.

Indeed, a Native film with the cultural impact of Smoke Signals has yet to be replicated, and Alexie feels partly to blame. After their film took off, he and director Chris Eyre were bombarded with offers to work together again, but instead of capitalizing on the momentum, the two had a falling-out. Alexie, who was already well known in the literary world as the author of more than 17 books, drew the lion’s share of the film’s media attention and chose to roll with the praise, leaving Eyre feeling neglected.

“Basically we acted like typical Hollywood assholes,” says Alexie.

The two split ways with mixed results. In 2002, Alexie wrote and directed The Business of Fancydancing, which despite an interesting, semiautobiographical narrative about a reservation-born poet’s struggle to maintain his cultural roots in the white world, was missing Eyre’s directorial precision and went straight to DVD. Meanwhile, Eyre directed the thoroughly forgettable Skins, as well as several films for television (including 2003’s Edge of America), all of which lacked Alexie’s artistic edge.

If the creative duo who launched the Indian world’s first hit has sputtered, the world of Native film has continued to grow, albeit slowly. In 2001, Inuit director Zacharias Kunuk’s The Fast Runner won the Camera d’Or Prize at Cannes. This year, the Palm Springs Native American Film Festival received more than 360 submissions, up from 180 the year before. Perhaps most notably, Smoke Signals star Beach earned strong reviews and serious Oscar buzz for his portrayal of Ira Hayes in Clint Eastwood’s Flags of Our Fathers.

Sundance, where Smoke Signals first began its amazing run, has also continued to provide a major outlet for Native filmmakers. This year, Creek director Sterlin Harjo’s Four Sheets to the Wind screened in the dramatic competition and went home with a Special Jury Prize for its leading lady, Tamara Podemski, who plays a reservation girl struggling to cope with city life and the loss of her father.

Yet despite a series of critical successes and the unwavering support of Sundance, which has used the festival as a showcase for Native films dating back to the first edition in 1985, commercial viability has remained elusive.

“Sundance shows around 120 feature films, and only a fraction get picked up and distributed,” says Bird Runningwater, associate director of the Sundance Institute’s Native American and Indigenous Initiative. “But it does seem that, most often, Native films fall into the category of those not being picked up.

Four Sheets to the Wind might be one of the best films out there that no one has ever seen. Despite drawing favorable comparisons to the box-office dynamo Garden State, and despite Podemski’s lauded performance, the film has yet to land a theatrical distribution deal. “It’s heartbreaking because we saw firsthand how audiences responded to the film,” says Podemski. “Someone just needs to get the balls to put it out there.”

Ironically, Podemski found out after talks with several high-level executives, the problem with the film is that it isn’t “Native enough.” “This is a regular film about a family that just happens to have a full Native cast,” she explains. “And I was told that the industry just doesn’t know what to do with that yet. They only know how to market something that is noticeably ‘Native.’”

That people can’t yet see the film is especially crushing for Podemski. For a Native actress, positive and challenging modern roles are difficult to come by. “There’s definitely a tendency to want to dress us up in buckskin,” she says.

Smoke Signals director Eyre agrees. “I don’t think a lot of people see value in telling stories about modern Indians,” he says. “But I don’t see the value in films that show the past. They all end the same way — the Indians die.”

The blame doesn’t fall entirely on the industry, however. Palm Springs Native American Film Festival programmer Thomas Harris, who screened all 360 of this year’s entries, says many Native filmmakers rely too heavily on the tragic realities of reservation life and not enough on substantive storytelling. “Right now, the ratio of documentaries to narratives is about 80/20,” he notes. “Which makes sense, because, with digital technology, documentaries can be made very cheaply. But there just aren’t enough narrative features out there.”

Podemski feels that the desire to inject activism into cinema has hampered the ability of many Native filmmakers to tell compelling stories. “I think our natural instinct is that we have to fight for something or communicate something on a larger level — to change society’s consciousness about Native Americans,” she says. “But I do think there is a need to focus on story and character and the craft of filmmaking, as opposed to a political or social statement that sometimes gets tied up in the narrative.”

Sherman Alexie is more blunt: “If I see one more fishing-rights documentary, I’m going to scream.”

Making a narrative film takes money, however — something most Native filmmakers don’t have access to. One continuing source of hope is that wealthy casino tribes will begin to invest in Native films. But many casino tribes are cautious about risking their money in the movie business after several tribes were financially burned by 2004’s million-dollar debacle Black Cloud. Written and directed by Rick Schroder (yes, that Rick Schroder), this story of a Navajo boxer’s attempt to make the Olympic team was duly panned by critics, a financial disaster, and replete with virtually every conceivable Native cliché (from the medicine man–like grandfather to characters’ conversations with the “spirit world”). Three years later, the film continues to be a source of both humor and embarrassment. That tribes would back a Rick Schroder vehicle instead of supporting one of their own remains one of the greater mysteries of the Native film world.

Still, challenging and thoughtful Native narratives are getting made. Both Alexie and Runningwater cite veteran Sundance filmmakers Blackhorse Lowe (5th World) and Cedar Sherbert (Gesture Down) as names to watch out for in the future.

“There are more Native Americans working in fiction filmmaking now than ever before,” says Runningwater. “While production values are often quite low, they find ways to make their films. The ultimate challenge is telling an original story that audiences can identify with.”

Tracy Rector, a Seminole filmmaker who runs the Superfly Filmmaking Seminar for Native youth, sees the next generation of Native filmmakers potentially bridging the gap between the desire to tell truthful indigenous stories and the ability to make movies that resonate with a larger audience. “There’s a huge gothic culture on the rez these days,” says Rector, “so you’re seeing that reflected in the work of young filmmakers. I’m seeing loads of really smart and funny zombie movies from my kids. I actually think it might be the next wave in Native cinema.”

Native Zombie movies?

“You know, we did have one zombie submission,” notes Harris. “It was about a Native American zombie possessed with the spirit of the white man. A really fantastic idea, but not very well executed.”

That may soon change. Blackhorse Lowe is allegedly working with the Sundance Screenwriters Lab to develop a Navajo zombie/horror film, while another experienced Native filmmaker recently contacted Rector about producing a zombie flick.

Alexie, for one, isn’t surprised. “Since George Romero turned the zombie movie into one of the more politicized allegorical cinematic forms, it might be natural for the most politicized allegorical ethnic group, us Injuns, to naturally be drawn to the form.”

Meanwhile, Alexie’s own filmmaking future remains uncertain, zombie or otherwise. “I’ve dealt with some Custers in my time in this industry,” he says, admittedly humbled by his experiences in the film business. Nonetheless, he and Eyre have reconciled and are hoping to start work on a new project together. The pair recently engaged in serious talks with HBO about shooting Alexie’s script about a remote Native Alaskan fishing village, but the project fell through. “They wanted to turn it into Rudy with whales,” says Alexie.

Given the industrywide perception that there’s no market for culturally authentic Native films, neither Alexie nor Eyre envisions the next Smoke Signals breaking through anytime soon.

“We really need that bankable star who can carry a project,” says Eyre. “I tell studio executives that all the time and they say, ‘You’ve got that one guy.’ I just think to myself, ‘Oh, really? That one guy, huh?’”

The important thing is to know that feeling of intimidation will fade. Never be a quitter.

Passing alone an event I believe is of noteworthy consequence. The plight of indigenous women in both Canada and the US is absolutely reprehensible. The last statistic I read was that 7 in 10 assaults on native women were committed by non native men in both countries. I don’t mean to be racial but what is all that about white man? It is bad enough women in general are subjugated by ego encrusted men with manhood issues. But to prey on native women over the other cultures is not just a random act of violence but a racial hate crime.
As a kid I personally witnessed many non native men try to accost my mother to the point we had to flee for out lives and I was just a little guy. The cops blew my mom off when she would complain of an assault. Sadly not much has changed since the 50′s and authorities don’t follow-up on cases involving indigenous women to this day. My beloved sister was a victim of abuse and the authorities did nothing. Sadly my sister died of despair from a system that protected white men over victimized native women. Statistics don’t lie and native women are treated like objects rather than human beings by white men and that is how it is, lock, stock, and tomahawk.
Therefore, I am promoting an event for my brothers and sisters of the First Nation. And if I was in Canada on the 14th of February I would be there offering my support for this noble cause.

Though Little Joe has since been diseased his haunting memory lived in the hearts and souls of those who knew his innocence. The noble efforts of renowned humanitarian Robert Perske and attorney David Martinez were not in vain for Joe was vindicated of a crime he did not have the capacity to understand or commit. Perske and Martinez selflessly achieved the impossible while facing insurmountable odds in obtaining this historic pardon of a dead man. But there was another champion in my eyes who fought for Joe’s justice. He introduced me to the plight of the man/child Joe Arridy. His weapon of choice was the pen and his name is Daniel Sanchez Leonetti, author of the screenplay “Woodpecker Waltz”.

Though I’ve written about Dan and his screenplay Woodpecker Waltz in the past I felt the need to speak with him again since Joe was finally exonerated. Dan was emotionally drawn to this mentally challenged man/child who suffered unfathomable abuses throughout his life. His screenplay was more than a movie about sadness and mistaken identity but rather a journey into the human psyche in an era where prejudices and hatred reigned. Joe was of Syrian decent and mentally challenged making him the perfect target for a career minded prosecutor and a hate filled population that had little regard for the truth.

Unfortunately not much has changed over the years as race and religious differences continue to fuel angry mobs looking for a scapegoat. Opportunistic prosecutors continue to advantageously bolster their careers with little regard for innocence or truth. Sensationalism and strategically leaked evidence convict people in the press tainting public opinion and jury pools before all the facts are known. It is all but impossible to find a truly unbiased jury and the innocent are plunged into the abyss of false convictions. Dan’s screenplay is a wake up call for not what we’ve been or have become but what we still are. But the screenplay also speaks volumes about Dan the writer for it reveals a noble champion of the innocent.

Knowing how deeply Dan felt about the Joe Arridy story I decided ask a few more question in light of this turn of events. Besides it was Dan’s idea to seek out a pardon. According to Dan the idea came to him as he was writing the screenplay. Then one day he made a promise to Joe at his grave site on Woodpecker Hill at the Colorado Territorial Prison that he would get him pardoned. Through the brilliant work of attorney David Martinez and the compassion Governor Bill Ritter felt for this man/child Dan kept his promise to Little Joe. And now the rest is history.

B. When did you first start working on the Joe Arridy story?
D. I first heard about the Joe Arridy case in 1995 when Robert Perske published his book Deadly Innocence. The local Pueblo Chieftain had done a feature story on Perske and the publication of his book. My sister, Connie, brought the newspaper to my house and said, “I think you better read this.” And I did. The image of a man with the mind of a child playing with his toy train on Death Row haunted me. It also set off a creative spark in me. I had to dig deeper into this tragic image.

B. What was your reason or why did you do the screenplay?
D. Immediately, I saw the potential of a screenplay in this tragic story. If Joe Arridy was truly innocent, a movie would have a devastating impact on the audience. I also saw a much deeper motive that I could tackle in this screenplay: the death penalty. The death penalty and abortion are the two biggest issues that try the minds and hearts of humanity. Joe Arridy could make his mark on one of them. Sixteen years later, the state of Illinois abolished the death penalty. I was told they cited the Joe Arridy case; shortly after Joe was pardoned by the Governor of Colorado.

B. How did you come to meet David Martinez?
D. David is a good friend of my cousin Antonio Sanchez. One evening he introduced me to David in Denver, and Antonio mentioned the Joe Arridy screenplay. He was slightly interested, but I think it lingered in his mind for years. Later he represented me in my epic battle with VA Administration for benefits. He did this pro bono for I didn’t have the funds to pay a good lawyer. I invited him to a ceremony that we had to put a tombstone for Joe on top of Woodpecker Hill in Canon City on June 2nd of 2007. David attended the ceremony. I think he was deeply moved by the passion he saw that day on top of Woodpecker Hill. He agreed to look into a posthumous pardon, but warned us that this kind of pardon had never been done before. And so we were going into battle with impossible odds from the very beginning.

B. How did you come to meet Bob Perske?
D. I met Bob when he came to Pueblo for a conference of area District Attorneys. He wanted to champion for the mentally challenged people, and how they are coerced into giving false confessions for crimes they didn’t commit. He wanted to stick his two cents into the conference, and he certainly did. Bob is a man who speaks on top of his principals and he is truly a man of character. He is true to his work, his word and his friends. But I had been in contact with him by telephone before the conference. Immediately after Connie brought me the story and called him in Darien CT. I told him that I wanted to write a screenplay on Joe Arridy and would he read another screenplay I had written to see if I was up to the task. He loved that screenplay and gave me permission to go ahead with Joe Arridy. But our early relationship was on shaky ground. I wasn’t totally convinced that Joe was innocent. Robert mailed me a ton of documents, but most importantly there was the two trial transcripts. When I finished with all the testimony, I saw where Joe was railroaded into Death Row for one of the most sensational murders in Colorado history. The fight was on, and it lasted 16 years.

B. Who else did you meet pertaining to the Joe Arridy story?
D. Most importantly I met Micheline and Max Keller, lawyer-producers from the Keller Entertainment Group in Los Angeles. They had heard about my screenplay, The Woodpecker Waltz, when I won the Third Annual Wordsfromhere Screenwriting Contest based in New York. Micheline called me on the telephone and I was immediately attracted to her warmth and sincerity. She loved the screenplay from the opening page which read: “A perfect soul cannot exist in an imperfect world.” The quote was from Dostoevsky’s The Idiot. They optioned the screenplay in 2004 and re-optioned in December of 2006 and again in 2010. The perseverance of these people showed me that they had a real passion to get the movie produced. Before that the screenplay had been optioned by Mark Castaldo of Destiny Pictures a company well-known for movies for TV. The story proved to be too big for both of them and those options lapsed. So the screenplay has been on a long road trip. Where it ends, I do not know.

B. Where did you find all the facts behind the story?
D. Bob send me a ton of newspapers, magazines, letters and of course the two trial transcripts by Fed-X. It was all the research he had gathered during the course of writing his book. Antonio also found some important details of the case by reviewing newspaper archives. He found the compelling story on the burning of Frank Aguilar’s house by Pueblo vigilantes. Aguilar was the real killer who was also executed for the crime in the gas chamber. But Antonio found the sad fact that Aguilar’s young daughter died in the fire, and the grandmother was exiled back to Mexico on a train. Not only did Joe’s family suffer great indignities, but so did Aguilar’s family. The repercussions just kept on going in this sad case of crime and punishment.

B. How do you feel knowing Joe was pardoned?
D. When I was told, I was competing in the state dart tournament in Loveland, Colorado. Most of the people in the tournament were aware of my story and my first novel that was recently published. A woman from Denver came up to me and said, “They pardoned Joe. We saw the story on television.” Instantly, tears came to my eyes and I had to find a quiet corner to reflect on the whole thing. It had been such an epic journey. I didn’t think Governor Bill Ritter would grant the pardon. He was a former, tough-nose Denver District Attorney and was on the other side of the river on crime issues. But later, when I read his elegant testimony for the pardon, I wept for the second time. He really got it. It hit him straight in the heart, and his gracious act made history as the first pardon for an executed man.

B. Is there another story in the works of this caliber you are working on?
D. I believe so. I am working on a rewrite for my screenplay, Inherit the Earth, which is based on the Ludlow Massacre. It also won a NY screenwriting contest, but I want it to be so polished that I won’t have to endure the endless options. Also, I am hard at work on the sequel to my novel, Joe and the UFO, and ironically David Martinez is also a part of this story. He was the lawyer, pro-bono of course, for the poor people in the San Luis Valley and their fight to retain the rights to their sacred lands. And finally, I am working on an epic novel about the West, based on real historical characters, and the triumphs and tragedies of the Cheyenne Nation, who once roamed Colorado as a free people. This will be the greatest reach in my work to date, and will be about 800 pages of manuscript when I am finished.

B. What is your opinion on the death penalty?
D. I struggle in my heart about this issue. I was very careful not to sway for or against the death penalty in my screenplay. I wanted the audience to search their own hearts and walk out of the theatre asking themselves what do I think and feel about the death penalty. When I read about vicious killers, I say stick a needle in them. But when I see people like Joe in prison or a case where DNA exonerates someone who has sat in prison for years, I want to abolish the death penalty. I am caught in the rabbit trap on this issue.

B. What is your opinion on mentally challenged people who are incarcerated at present?
D. There are 3,703 people on Death Row. More than 300 of them have mental retardation and await execution in the United States. Since 1979, 38 have been executed. Here is an instance where I am against the Death Penalty.

B. Do you feel that there are more Joe Arridy’s on death row that is innocent?
D. Yes, there is a great probability. Robert is working on a current case as we speak, about a man who has been incarcerated for a murder he didn’t commit. They are there, but hopefully Joe Arridy will give their lawyers new hope. David has cleared the path for them to follow.

B. Should there be an automatic DNA test on all rape cases?
D. Yes. Despite the enormous cost of this endeavor, we must always remember that the court system is terribly flawed. Joe Arridy’s attorney was incompetent and helped Joe on his way to the gas chamber. A poor man or woman has no chance under this system. Some French philosopher once said something to this effect: I would rather free a thousand guilty criminals than incarcerate one innocent man.

B. What is your attitude on the issue of career minded prosecutors who seek convictions on every case regardless of merit?
D. They should be incarcerated themselves for talking out of two faces. They took an oath to defend and uphold the laws of the United States, and then they bend them to fit their convictions.

B. What checks and balances would you feel appropriate to avoid another travesty of justice like in Joe’s case?
D. The main thing is for all of us to strive to be better human beings. Judges, lawyers, lawmakers, police, citizens we need to look into our hearts with the deepest compassion for fellow man, and truly make our decisions for the good of mankind. We can be punitive and compassionate at the same time.

With FEMA and other agencies around the world revealing that 2010 was the most virulent disaster year to date, it should be clear change is upon us. It’s no longer a matter of ”IF” changes will occur but where. Oh well, it’s not like mankind was not warned considering our ancestors left volumes of warning signs for future generations to heed, but to no avail eh. If you don’t get it by now, you never will, I believe. It was also written in prophecies much of the worlds population would not get it either and blindly march to their demise, so you are not alone. But there is another side to the time of change that simply does not get enough press and that’s the supernatural side.

It should be more than apparent that Wikileaks was a carefully calculated operation rather than an activist news group. The matrix of the operation is quite complex involving intelligencia with a host of hostile countries and people with an agenda. But for one moment did anyone ponder the possibility the leaked information may be tainted or altered if not completely fabricated in some instances? It is clear Julian Paul (Assange) is more of a figurehead rather than a mastermind and there are other operatives who are really calling the shots with this Wikileaks Ka Ka. It’s really quite odd that Julian’s primary target is America and her allies. If Wikileaks was legitimate it would have assaulted and exposed all the countries in earnest for all the fraud that earmarks contemporary governments around the globe, not just the free world. It would appear Wikileaks primary purpose is to break the spirit of the American people but sorry Julian, in the land of soap operas this is just entertainment and you are just a jester.

American’s love a good scandal but like any other salacious news story the Wikileaks scam will fade from memory as another scandal comes to pass. As sensational as the media likes to portray the so called discoveries of Julian’s most American’s already knew or had an idea anyway. In all fairness Julian should have exposed all the nations for their corruption and secret crimes if he were legitimate. But for Vladimir Putin to throw sticks at America about her democracy was actually quite funny considering he has Russian blood on his hands. Like a pot calling the kettle black, Vlad put his foot in his mouth and singing with kids will not white wash his crimes against Russian sovereignty. Wonder how much money Julian got from Putin or that other New World Order clown Dmitry Medvedev? Eventually the Russian people will take care of this deceptive duo when the truth is finally revealed about their treasonous activities.

As for America, Julian will be placed in the proper category along with Brittany Spears and Paris Hilton where he belongs. Maybe by then he will have stopped snipping the tips off his condoms and stopped spreading the disease called his gene pool. In any event this is part of prophecy and soon there will be others with more salacious material to share with the world. Frankly, I’d rather hear more Paris Hilton gossip since she is more appealing to the eye than that pencil neck mommies boy Julian Paul.
