Insurance Companies, Financing Death in Burma

From Australia, Malaysia, England, Japan, Bermuda, Germany, Singapore, US, United Arab Emirates, China, Dubai, Bahrain, Kuwait and Libya, so far world Insurance Companies have closed ranks to support Than Shwe and his criminal regime in Burma. It’s not bad enough US oil company Chevron is exempt from the ban on doing business in Burma proving once again crime and corruption does pay in this New World Order. There is no greater cause than the corporate bottom line. Humanity is just a word used at cotillions and Champaign Dinners. You know, that feel-good word people drop just to look philanthropic.

Well, I’ve always said, “Follow the Money” and you will find the perpetrators of corruption and greed. Thanks to Burma Campaign UK I was provided a list of Insurance Corporations funding Than Shwe. I am including the list in it’s entirety for your viewing pleasure. I’ll have something smart ass to say at the end I bet.

Lloyd’s of London.
Lloyd’s, located at the heart of the City of London, describes itself as, “the world’s leading, specialist insurance market.” According to the Burmese Ministry of Finance and Revenue, Lloyd’s provides reinsurance to Myanma Insurance. Lloyd’s syndicates (Lloyd’s terminology for their member companies that sell insurance) have also sold insurance to a regime owned airline. Lloyd’s admitted in April 2008 that some shipping and aviation reinsurance for companies in Burma goes through Lloyd’s. As a consequence of the actions of their syndicates Lloyd’s were placed on our “2005 Dirty List”. Later that year Lloyd’s stated that they were not able to compel their members to end their involvement in Burma and claimed that it would be “against competition law for members to collectively decide not to operate in Burma”.

Pending investigations of these claims Lloyd’s were removed from the Dirty List. Our investigations failed to identify any UK law or act to substantiate Lloyd’s’ claims. Lloyd’s conceded in July 2008 that “Competition Law is not relevant in this case”. When asked to make a statement to their syndicates alerting them to the human rights concerns associated with selling insurance to companies in Burma Lloyd’s refused, instead issuing the following statement on July 23rd 2008: “Unless there are official UN sanctions in place, Lloyd's does not instruct the market where it can and cannot write business. Competition Law is not relevant in this case. However, we do not make public comments on the politics or economic policies of national or international bodies.”
London, UK

Hannover Re
Hannover Re describes itself as “one of the leading reinsurance groups in the world.” Its website states that it is represented in the Burmese market by its Malaysian subsidiary.
Hannover, Germany

Catlin
Catlin describes itself as “an international specialist property and casualty insurer and reinsurer, writing more than 30 classes of business”. It has four “underwriting platforms”: the Catlin Syndicate at Lloyd's, Catlin Bermuda, Catlin UK and Catlin US. The company has provided insurance services to a regime owned airline.
Hamilton, Bermuda

Atrium Underwriting
Atrium Underwriting manages two Lloyd’s Syndicates. Atrium has provided insurance services to a regime owned airline. It is owned by the Bermudan company Ariel Re.
London, United Kingdom

XL
XL is a global insurance company with “local knowledge and expertise in approximately 100 countries.” According to Reinsurance Magazine, the company has provided insurance services to a regimeowned airline. Although we asked the company’s London office to account for the policies of the company they replied in late July 2008 stating we should “contact other XL companies to ascertain their position”. The Burma Campaign UK will be contacting these companies directly.
Hamilton, Bermuda

Tokio Marine and Nichido Fire Insurance Co.
Tokio Marine describes itself as Japan’s largest and longest established non-life insurance company. The company’s recently acquired Lloyd’s subsidiary, Kiln, has provided insurance to a regime owned airline. Tokio Marine company also maintains a representative office in Burma.
Tokyo, Japan

Sompo Japan
Sompo Japan is one of the three largest non-life Japanese insurers. The company admits to operating a “Liason office” in Burma to “provide insurance information to customers”. Sompo Japan has offices across the world, including in the UK. Evidence indicates the company has applied to form a joint venture with regime owned Myanma Insurance.
Tokyo, Japan

Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance
Mitstui is one of Japan’s largest non-life insurers. Included in its large overseas network is a representative office in Rangoon. Evidence indicates the company has applied to form a joint venture with regime owned Myanma Insurance.
Tokyo, Japan

QBE
QBE describes itself as “Australia’s largest international general insurance and reinsurance group, and one of the top 25 insurers and reinsurers worldwide”. Company websites state it has two correspondent offices in Burma
Sydney, Australia

ACE
ACE is a global insurance and reinsurance company based in Bermuda. Its subsidiary, Ace Marine, offers insurance for Burma through its London office.
London, United Kingdom

Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia

OCBC Bank

OCBC (Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation) is Singapore’s longest established bank, and is today one of Asia’s leading financial services groups. Its subsidiary, Great Eastern Holdings, describes itself as the “leading insurer in Singapore”, it has stated it provides insurance services to Singapore owned companies in Burma.
Singapore

Pana Harrison
Pana Harrison is a Singaporean based insurance broker. It lists Burma as part of its network. Our sources indicate the company is active in the aviation sector, providing insurance services for regime owned airlines.
Singapore

Target is a Singaporean broker which works in the Lloyd’s, Australian and European markets. It also provides insurance brokerage services for companies in Burma.
Singapore

Arab Insurance Group (ARIG)

Buffalohair Earth Changes 101

Earth Changes 101

So the world is going to hell in a hand basket you say. And from what it appears, it’s going to hell on many levels. Well duh, gads it does not take a Rhodes Scholar to notice prophecy from all dogmas are coming to pass. Are we really that far beyond stupid? Sadly, I fear this is the case for most of the so called civilized world. The Pied Piper of contemporary wisdom has lead the world astray I fear.

This month I attended our Sundance. Granted, it’s a tribal thing and a very special time for me and my people. It also afforded me the opportunity to speak with my elders. I needed to touch base on observations and events over the last year. “Time of Change” hmmm, I see it in every facet of our existence. Anyway, I needed some insights only my elders could give me.

Enter my uncle, he is a very well versed and articulate elder. He is one of the keepers of our sacred traditional ways. He can answer a question with just a few sentences where others would require volumes. His wisdom, sightfulness, and great knowledge of prophecies keep me in awe. I am forever humbled by his presents though he requires no such thing. Very much a senior, he was at our gathering doing his thing, sharing wisdom, ancient ways and traditions.

Anyway, the morning after our ceremony was completed I was doing trash detail around our camp. It was a very nice day and I was enjoying the coolness of the morning air. Kids were running around laughing and caressing the innocence of their youth. As I panned our site I could not help but notice the Ti Pi’s. Smoke was billowing from the encampments. Cedar intertwined with the pungent aroma of sage wafting in the air. And for a moment in time I was whisked hundreds maybe thousands of years back. It was a time whence we roamed the Earth unencumbered by the necessities of this contemporary era. I embraced the moment and savored its essence. At that moment, a car with Montana plates drove up. It was my uncle.

There was no question this was going to be an educational encounter. Our discussions always lead to the world and the changes that abound us. At first I felt as if I was being a bit over zealous in my perceptions of what I considered “signs”. I’ve had this feeling of urgency for quite some time now. Objectivity was my greatest concern and uncle was just the person I needed to talk to. Funny how it works out that way huh.

I told him about my observations, encounters and the wild news stories I’ve uncovered or exposed since we spoke last. For me, change was everywhere in the news. Does not matter what dogma you reside in, or where you live on the planet, change is everywhere and on many plains. The dynamic of this change is all encompassing. No facet of our existence will be untouched. Though we are scrambling to repair the damage to our planet, we’ve long since past the point of no return. The cycle of cleaning has already begun. Whether it was man’s production of carbon dioxide or nature’s contributions it’s a done deal at this juncture. It was comforting to know I was not misinterpreting what I was witnessing in society and nature. As sad as my observations and visions were I was on the money according to my uncle.

There was one front we both agreed mankind was ill prepared to cope with. For whatever reason, modern society has forsaken the understanding of the spirit world. Relegated to fairy tales and religious folklore the spirit world has become a non entity. It has no place in modern society. Misconception about the other side and its inhabitance has placed people in a cloud of ignorance and confusion. Many people I speak to simply don’t want to think about it and choose to live oblivious to this reality. Then there are those who simply don’t buy into any of this and that’s cool also. It’s not my place to make a person believe as I do. Take it or leave it. It ain’t nothing but a thang.

So the modern world has no need for knowledge and understanding of the spirit world. Many don’t register it; some don’t want to think about it while others don’t believe any of it. For the most part the spirit world is fodder for horror movies and demonic tales filled with pagan ritual. So what pray tell will all these people do whence the spirit world begins to interface more and more with this plain? That’s in prophecies as well. For all intents and purposes this phenomenon is already occurring across the globe. Some people are coming into the paranormal as they discover another side of their persona. Others go off the deep end think they are medicine people or something, gawd. Then there are those who take tons of meds just so they don’t have to cope at all.

In my culture we deal with spirits all the time. We have a daily understanding of spirits of the other side. Spirits usually arethe culprits of many maladies and human drama. And we struggle with the aftermath of unwelcome entities that ravage our lives like everyone else. So imagine how the populations of the world will react when the spirit world enjoins our plain of existence. It will be pandemonium as people freak out over relatively mild encounters. The concerns over the physical aspects of Ma Earths changes will be overshadowed by people literally being scared to death. Ill prepared to cope with realities of a supernatural nature many people will simply perish from fear. Stick around, the show is about to get interesting and we got the best seats in the house.

Hmm, was this a news story?

Obama addresses Journalists of Color coalition

Obama addresses Journalists of Color coalition

Would administration issue an apology to Native Americans?

Chicago, Illinois (http://eurweb.com - ICC)

obama_large.gifSen. Barack Obama told minority journalists July 27 that affirmative action is still needed in the U.S., even if he is elected the nation's first African American president this fall.

But, the presumptive Democratic nominee added that it must be structured so that it is not just a quota system.

"We are becoming a more diverse culture, and it's something that has to be acknowledged," he told an audience attending the UNITY convention in Chicago, according to the Chicago Tribune.

He added: "I've also said that affirmative action is not going to be the long-term solution to the problems of race in American because, frankly, if you've got 50 percent of African-American or Latino kids dropping out of high school, it doesn't really matter what you do in terms of affirmative action. Those kids are not getting into college.... There have been times where affirmative action has been viewed as a shortcut to solving some of these broader, long-term, structural problems."

(Three vidoes are presented off front page)

Q: Would your administration issue an apology to native Americans for the atrocities they've endured for the past 500 years?

I personally would want to see our tragic history or the tragic elements of our history acknowledged. When it comes to our treatment of Native Americans as well as other persons of colour in this country, we’ve got some very sad and difficult things to account for ... I want to set up an annual meeting with them and make sure a whole range of these issues are addressed.

The most important thing for the US government to do is not just to offer words, but to offer deeds. When you look at the situation on tribal lands, by every socio-economic indicator, Native Americans are doing worse than every other group - education, unemployment ... I have to confess I am more concerned about delivering a better life.

Obama said minority kids with wealthy parents should not be given greater consideration for college, for example, than "a poor white kid who has struggled more."

He also expressed reservations about making reparations to Native Americans, African Americans and other groups for past deeds. "The best reparations we can provide are good schools in the inner city and jobs for people that are unemployed," Obama said.

The Illinois senator also blasted Republican challenger Sen. John McCain for a position he took earlier Sunday in support of a proposed ballot initiative in Arizona proposed by Ward Connerly that would prohibit affirmative action policies from state and local governments.

McCain, who made his remarks on ABC's "This Week," has previously called similar efforts "divisive," although he has also consistently expressed opposition to hiring quotas based on race while supporting affirmative action in limited cases.

"I am disappointed that John McCain flipped," Obama told CNN Sunday before the UNITY gathering began at the McCormick Place convention center. Obama said the ballot initiatives like the one being considered in McCain's home state are "all too often designed to drive a wedge between people."

Civil rights vet Al Sharpton expressed similar sentiment about McCain's remarks, calling them "a stunning reversal on his respectable record on affirmative action."

"Though America has made progress, as even the conservative United States Supreme Court has made clear, we are not at a place where we can not set goals for inclusion," Sharpton said in the statement. "We in National Action Network feel that class, gender and race should be in the formula and even some modification could be done. We however feel this divisive and counterproductive ballot initiative now supported by Senator McCain is not the way to seek common ground on this issue."

Well, the cat is out of the bag with this New World Order thing. Obama spilled the beans with his eloquent speeches about world leadership but we were asleep at the wheel, again. We were asleep at the wheel when it was leaked out Obama was doing double speak when he spoke of NAFTA to the public than Canadian authorities, remember? McCain, Well he is no better wandering around South America praising leaders who’ve murdered Indigenous people for natural resources. Yup, the fix is in as far as the corporate candidates are concerned.

The sheer arrogants of Obama and McCain campaigning around the world should be an indicator at the very least. The three stooges Hillary, John and Barack are all clones of GW Bush and the Corporate Machine that has promoted them. Other opponents such as Ron Paul who used the Constitution of the United States of America as his platform was lambasted and ridiculed by the main stream media. Ignored for the most part since his views of Democracy differed from corporate interests, Ron Paul slipped into obscurity.

The core tenet of the United States of America, The Constitution, has been a pariah to industrialists since time immemorial. GW has turned this document into paper airplanes. To have a potential candidate who opposed the corruption doled out by our current political structure would have devastated years of manipulating the system to form this new regime of Corporatism. Hence Ron Paul and other candidates who did not follow the axiom of corporate rule never made the media cut. After all the media is owned lock stock and tomahawk by the very cancer that has infected the globe.

Personally I take offence that these morons running for president have decided the Hispanic and Native votes count now. Why didn’t they count or matter in the beginning of the election campaign? Why all of a sudden specific ethic classes are vital for their elections? Ah what ever.

Buffalohair Attack of the Killer Tomatoes

Attack of the Killer Tomatoes

With all the hoopla about salmonella in our food these days. I just thought I'd bring up a point we might digest. Ever hear the term, secondary effluence? In short its Ka Ka water that is partially purified. That means it is still gray or sewage water. This water has been used for irrigating as well as lawn water in both farming communities and municipalities for quite some time now. Fact is, it's being widely used on a world wide scale these days. After all, it's cheaper than clean water and a boon to the corporate bottom line.. So I would think twice before running through the sprinklers at the park on a hot summers day.

With the sudden rise of butt born pathogens attacking our food supply you'd think one of these bone head politicians would address this universal source of disease, secondary effluence. But since the use of this butt water is more cost efficient than purified water I doubt anything will be said about its use in our food chain. At best the FDA will draft guidelines as to how much human fecal matter is allowable in our food and drink.

Morphed veggies have gone on the market with little fanfare or concern. Imagine eating veggies that produce their own insecticides . Well there are various veggies that do just that these days. Just so you know, if you did not already forget, bees are still disappearing by the day world wide. And as we all know, bees are vital in food production. Albert Einstein once said;

If the bee disappeared off the face of the globe then man would have only 4 years of life left to live”

As we all know this dude Einstein was one smart cookie. Wish he was around to give us more insights on our genetically altered fruits and veggies though. As it is, there is a connection with the disappearance of bees and morphed plant life. Gads, corn that produces its own insecticide is a red flag for me in any event. Bacillus thuringiensis, a natural bug zapper, is now being produced in genetically engineered corn and other crops. Again, you'd think one of these mucky mucks in government would make this connection. Gads, no wonder bees are becoming extinct, these new “modified” plants are killing them. We will not be far behind I'll wager.

I can see it now, in some isolated farm in Yuma Arizona you'll find Tommy Tomato. With his new found consciousness do to DNA transferred from Ka Ka water he has become a political force. Ole Tommy might as well run for public office fore he is just as full of crap as his human counter parts. Since he will have the ability to produce his own poison he will be more like a superhero. Chances are he will pass legislation against Vegans and wage war on this group of herbivorous. Tommy Tomato will join the ranks of Adolf Hitler, Than Shwe and King George W. Bush as he kills his way into the hearts of plant eaters and truly becomes a “Killer Tomato”

Hmm, maybe I should check my Lithium levels.

Buffalohair Indigenous People Under Siege, World Wide

Corporatism has reveled its ugly head on a grand scale. The quest for natural resources has shown no boundaries nor concerns for the inhabitance regardless of treaties or rightful ownership of lands. Its the same ole same ole when it comes to the final outcome of these events. Tribes are systematically relocated, murdered, or simply tainted with diseases because of natural resource greed and the corporate bottom dollar.

Indonesia has secretly declared war on the tribal people in New Guinea. Since their occupation in New Guinea in the early 60's over 100,000 tribal people have been murdered. Ethnic cleansing and thirsting for natural resources located on tribal land has been the culprit. Indonesian Foreign Minister Hassan Wirajuda was quoted by Australian journalists, “You should not think that if not much access is given that we are hiding something” This statement was in response to queries as to why journalists and aid workers were restricted from entering Indigenous regions. He has a point because if journalists were given access they would only confirm what was already known by this brutal government. Tribal people have been under siege, murdered and plagued with a host of diseases once not common to them. With no right to protest and artificially silenced from the outside world the Indigenous population is voiceless. Outside corporate interests have taken the lead with Indonesian Military assistance in ridding the land from its inhabitance, all for the corporate dollar. When it comes to corporate interests, rape, torture and murder are excepted techniques for removing people from their land. Human rights is only a word.

The Brazilian Government has turned a deafear to the pleas of Indigenous people as squatters encroach on their tribal land. With no protection from zealous illegal logging companies tribal people have been systematically murdered. Their villages burned to the ground and their pristine forests denuded of trees. Squatters with support of the state government of Roraima have petitioned the federal government of Brazil to renege on a treaty recognizing Raposa Serra do Sol as Indigenous land. Squatters also hired gunmen to shot Natives on site wounding 10 Makuxi Indians in the process. Regardless of constitutional rights given the Indigenous people corporate interests are the priority. Death marches on as the siege continues with no world response.

Peruvian Natives, including the Cacataibos, Isconahua, Matsigenka, Mashco-Piro, Mastanahua, Murunahua, Nanti and the Yora tribes have been targeted with similar fates as their Brazilian counterparts regardless of treaties and agreements. With natural resources on their land the government has turned their backs on them in favor of corporate interests such as oil, timber and gold. Illegal logging roads dot their tribal lands. The quest for resources has no boundaries and honors no treaties whence corporate greed enters the mix. They truly are under siege. The Peruvian governments response to this was “Peace and Tranquility” reigns in this region. The Matses Indians

rejected Peruvian plans to explore for oil on their land. In spite of this fact the government drew up plans for exploration that deliberately overlapped onto their tribal space. Though promised great opportunities for them whence drilling began they held firm their objections. They noted these as fantasy since other regions with similar promises were left contaminated and the tribal people impoverished.

The Central Kalahari Game Reserve was designed to provide sanctuary for traditional people such as the Gana, Gwi, Tsila and Bakgalagadi Bushmen. But in the early 80's diamonds were discovered and you know the routine. These humble Bushmen were hunted down and placed in resettlement camps in a series of three round ups. Their villages destroyed, schools raise and their way of life forever altered to the negative. Wracked with diseases, alcoholism and despair these people have been relegated to a life with no hope nor future. In order to assure their demise the government passed laws forbidding them from using their watering holes, bringing livestock to the resettlement camps and disallowed them from hunting for food. Arrests and beatings go on with no regard to human rights and untold people have disappeared from the face of the Earth. Their culture was destroyed for the sake of diamond mining interests.

A British mining company, Verdanta through an Indian subsidiary Sterlite, has waged an assault on the Dongria Kondh of the Nyamgiri Hills in Orissa India. The prize, aluminum ore bauxite. With stealth Verdanta's agent Sterlite has prepared to explore this region. A far contrast to what exists now, lush green forests full of game,fertile soil, flowing rivers and streams teaming with fish, open pit mines will level the mountains and pollute the rivers. Monetary compensation was never an option for these people since their belief system dictates they are the descendants of the mountain g*d. Guess their sin was not having a lusting for money and material wealth. Their self sufficient way of life will soon be a memory as “progress” destroys their culture.

This is only the tip of the iceberg fore there are more cases of corporate greed world wide. Dare I mention the plight of Native Americans such as the Shoshone who are facing off a gold mining company eager to mine their sacred mountain? For all intents and purposes the good ole USA has kept quiet the wholesale mistreatment of US tribes since time immemorial. Living in third world conditions and unaddressed social ills, despair and alcoholism are the norm. Ironically these social ills are common within the Indigenous populations where conquering people have stolen their traditional land. Ah, but who cares anyway? So you can buy an wooden end table cheap, who cares if the wood was illegally harvested in the forests of Viet Nam or Laos. Its all about the money Paisan, its all about the money. Corporate greed has taken over planet and left Indigenous cultures in ruins for the corporate bottom line.

Do your Children have to deal with school Bullies?

In Japan it is a real big problem! Is it bigger then in the US?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XX30-Ez8xg

The first thing I think of as adult bullies or religion  bullies was the Boarding Schools for our own NDN children at that time. The adults are still in tears as they tell their stories.

 But do we still have that problem out in Public Schools for our Nations people today?

 I can see where it is so good to have our own schools! But are the parents teaching what they went through, to their own children?

What creates a bully in the first place?

Many children engage in bullying everyday. Although each child is different, those who bully other young people do share some common characteristics. Here are some things to look for:

Common Characteristics of Children Who Bully

  • Impulsive, hot-headed, dominant;
  • Easily frustrated;
  • Lack empathy;
  • Have difficulty following rules; and
  • View violence in a positive way.
  • Boys who bully tend to be physically stronger than other children.

There is no single cause of bullying among children. A host of different factors can place a child at risk for bullying his or her peers. However, it has been found that children who bully are more likely than their non-bullying peers to come from homes with certain characteristics.

Family Risk Factors for Bullying

  • A lack of warmth and involvement on the part of parents;
  • Overly permissive parenting (including a lack of limits for children's behavior)
  • A lack of supervision by parents;
  • Harsh, physical discipline; and
  • Bullying incidences at home.
Bullying and Other Violent and/or Antisocial Behaviors

Research shows that bullying can be a sign of other serious antisocial and/or violent behavior. Children who frequently bully their peers are more likely than others to Get into frequent fights;

As you can see at end of the last video, there is a person  or group in Japan now, who are trying to stop the Bullying.

Here are some of the older children guessing at what may cause a bully and what they do.

You must clearly tell the harasser to stop

Generally speaking, it is unwise to communicate with a harasser. However, as soon as you determine that you are truly being harassed by someone, you must very clearly tell that person to stop. Simply say something like "Do not contact me in any way in the future" and leave it there. You do not need to explain why, just state that you do not want the person to contact you. Sometimes it is helpful to copy this message to the abuse department of the harasser's ISP. Keep a record of this message for your records. Do not respond to any further messages of any sort from the harasser. Don't have anyone else contact the harasser on your behalf. It is common for the harasser to claim that you are harassing him or her, but if you aren't contacting the person, it is clear that you aren't the harasser.

 If you're harassed in a chat room, contact whoever runs the server you were using. If you're harassed on any kind of instant messaging service, read the terms of service and harassment policies they've provided and use any contact address given there.

Buffalohair The Bounty of Cyclone Nargis

The Bounty of Cyclone Nargis

If you lived in one of the many areas that did not receive aid, starvation and thirst would have been a major issue. Though it was once thought unsafe to eat, fish and other sea life, they have been declared fit for human consumption according to Junta health officials.

Months after the cyclone devastated this region human bodies as well as live stock littered the streets, trees and waterways. Forbidden by junta authorities to clean up or face arrest, the lifeless human forms have become targets for hungry villagers seeking out fat juicy crabs who've dined on their fellow countrymen. Others have taken to eating the rotted flesh of cattle and other forms of animal life that has baked in the tropical sun.

It would appear General Than Shwe had a plan for these survivors all along. Human and animal remains have become vital members of the food chain. Waterways have become a nutritious stew of fetid water tainted with decomposed flesh. With thousands of human bodies fattening up the fish, crab and prawns the delta is bountiful indeed. Add the wonderfully diverse selection of dead rotted animals and you have a meal fit for a king provided the king reigns in the bowels of hell.

UN emissary Gambari will undoubtedly make another cameo appearance in Burma and dine in opulence then report that all is not well for the survivors. He will report the need for more money to feed these victims even though Than Shwe has disallowed any assistance to them from the onset. The UN will get more money, line Than Shwe's coffers and fill his warehouses with potential black market commodities. As for the true victims, they will feast on the morbid carnage left behind by Cyclone Nargis. Bon Appetite'.

Buffalohair The American Public Has Already Lost

The American Public Has Already Lost

With Congress, McCain, Obama and the Clinton's approving George's “Spy on American Bill”, Congress, McCain, Obama, and the Clinton's ignoring the reality of the cost of energy, “Speculators”, plus the total disregard of the Constitution of the United States via NAFTA which sold off American jobs and sovereignty, we the people already lost and lost big time. There are no real candidates of the people, by the people and fore the people this election year, they all are corporate.

It's a done deal fore there is no America as we know it. This renegade government does as it wishes and not the will of the people. Criminality is an excepted practice and rewarded by allowing the likes of Karl Rove to violate laws we would get slammer time for. And we let it happen. How far beyond stupid are we?

Congress and Bush bicker about energy prices but the reality is, both congress members and the president are heavily invested in this sham. They are racking it in as speculators line their pockets. I was crushed to learn Obama, once thought to be actually for change, voted in favor of spying on Americans with total disregard for the Constitution. Then the greatest polarizer of all time Bill “Cigargate” Clinton has the gall to warn us that America is getting dangerously polarized, gawd! Surely the public can see through this charade called American Politics or can they?

It does not take a Rodes Scholar to realize this is the most corrupt America has been since John D. Rockefeller's era. The country baulked at monopolies back then. Now corporatism, a thinly veiled form of fascism, has taken root world wide. This New World Oder really stinks. Adolf Hitler would be proud. Extortion of the highest order is expectable government practice these days. What ever Georgie wants, Georgie gets and he Wants to drill everywhere once preserved in both Alaska and the country as a whole. Congress and the likes of Nancy Pelosi will pretend to fight for preservation but will succumb to George's wishes. Just blew my mind when I found out ole Nancy was in favor of spying on Americans as well. And to think I thought Nancy would have made a much better president than Hillary “Lets Steal The White House Furniture” Clinton.

The criminality of speculators will go unabated as food and water enter the financial arena. Crisis is opportunity for the absolute minority of this country and we the people will pay and pay dearly as members of Congress invest in food and water like they did in oil. Politicians as a whole have turned into corporate puppets. Pork barrel politics has found another gear as legislators increase fines and invent penalties to garner more funds to finance their personal agendas. Cutting back on education, social programs and health care should have been the red flag for America fore those are the primary issues our political leaders should have addressed in the first place. It was all about the people at one time. Now its all about the corporate bottom line but nobody is paying attention. To bad, so sad.

If anyone bothered to study the candidates and their platforms they would discover these morons are all basically in sync with George W. Bush on the most important issues. The fact no one is contesting GW's total disregard of the Constitution should have been a clue. Remember when the Democrats wanted our vote to control both houses to stop this insane war? Maybe not eh. In any event, the Democrats won both houses hands down. But sadly they forgot to stop the war. On the streets it was called, “Good cop, Bad cop” where one cop would play the bad guy while the other cop would play the confidant and good guy. Only thing was, both cops had the same objective. They simply were playing a rouse to scam the suspect.

On a positive note, it is good to learn that capitalism has come full circle. Corporations have finally achieved the American Dream and bought America, lock, stock and tomahawk. And soon they will own Canada and Mexico (North American Union). Eventually they will own the world fore that is the reality of the New World Order.

Bitchen Ben Franklin quotes;

“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

When the people find they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic. Sell not liberty to purchase power”
And my favorite Ben Franklin quote;

“A democracy is two wolves and a small lamb voting on what to have for dinner. Freedom under a constitutional republic is a well armed lamb contesting the vote”

Buffalo Hair: What if Jay Leno leaves?

What if Jay Leno leaves?

That would be my luck eh. My web page is not even completed and Jay Leno is pondering early retirement or something. So much for my 15 minutes of fame and shameless promotion of my page, I’ll have to guest on Conan O’Brian's show. Thanks a lot Jay, as if I don’t already have enough to worry about these days, with the price of fuel and all. Now my dreams are dashed and returned to the realm of fantasy.

I was not so much excited about being Jay’s guest as much as I was excited about hanging out with his bikes and cars before or a fter the show.  I had it all planned out see.  I was going to get ole Jay to let me cruise one of his bikes. We could have gone to the Rock Store or cruise Sunset Strip. Maybe ride to Vegas and raid Wayne Newton’s fridge. When I meet Jay Leno face to face for the first time in my life I would shamelessly say;

“Nice to meet you Jay, now where are them motorcycles I’ve been hearing about eh?”

But noooooo, all I have to look forward to is hanging out with Conan O’Brian. I can see it now me and Conan at his storage shed in Downey pulling out two dinky scooters and two matching helmets. Guess we’d cruise Roscoe Blvd and hang out at an obscure book store drinking coffee with some chick named Saturnalia. I would be slightly distracted by her chrome hair and all the body piercings she had. They would glimmer in the sunlight. I would ponder why any one would pierce their nipples and hang a pair of hand cuffs off of them.

We would hit the highway and ride our scooters to the Santa Monica Pier and ride the merry go round. Then it’s off to San Fernando Road where Conan like s to break out the windows of an old Purina Building. Oh boy what fun. After an adventure packed day it would be time for dinner. Conan would take us to his favorite Haggis stand where we would be served wine from a lamb’s b ladders. Women with leg hair would be dancing around us ringing bells. The owner of the store, kitchen crew alone with the wait staff gather at our table singing “Happy Birthday to You” Someone would put this stupid party hat on us. Conan would be out of control with excitement. Jay, I just can’t take it!

I’ll save you some Haggis

Buffalo Hair Lemming Are Us

Lemming Are Us

Funny how the main stream media quashed the story about Scott McClellan’s new book; “What Happened, Inside the Bush Whitehouse and Washington’s Culture of Deception”. Guess the ramifications of what was reveled would have altered the course of George Bush’s presidency and the nation. So what if he lied and sent the US into an unjust war only for fun and profit. So what if all our greatest fears were true and now America face extinction while the new North American Union destroys national sovereignty in three nations. (NAFTA) It’s all about corporatism and the pursuit of money regardless of the consequences like the total disregard of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Funny how states and municipalities are raising the fees for minor in fractions to generate more revenue, there is no forgiveness in this culture. At least there is no forgiveness or compromise if you’re just a commoner eh. But if you’re of the elite class and you violate laws and ethics you get nothing more than a harsh word or censor. What’s that all about?

Ah but who is paying attention anyway? The courts cater to big business and even landmark court decisions are quashed to benefit corporations such as the case in the Decision in the Exxon Valdez oil spill. The courts simply dumped the original award to the beleaguered fisherman and others who were dependant on the sea. Fact is they cut the settlement from billions to millions. We don’t want to gouge the poor oil companies now do we. So what if the damage altered ecosystems permanently and people went broke in the process. John Q Citizen would not get such a break in the courts these days. It would be stiff penalties or jail time for minor infractions of any law or code and they would pay dearly. On the other hand corporations and the elite class can get away with murder literally. They say ignorance of the law is no excuse but this only pertains to us at the bottom of the corporate food chain, the consumer.

With the nation about to experience a food shortage in astronomical proportions you’d think our leadership would be preparing it’s citizenry for the impending shortages of

wheat, rice, corn and other food stuffs. But that would mean people would have to become more self sufficient as they fend for themselves and their families. With growers struggling with the high of fuel as well as the truckers who deliver these food stuffs it’s only a matter of time before the cost is relayed to the customer. After all, people can’t work for free.

To add to the impending food disaster is the drought that struck California. This will also add to the matrix of the impending food crisis since California is a major player in fruits and veggies. In financial ruin California has mandated more harassment of truckers in order to glean more fines and penalties for truckers. The public at large are being targeted for more and stiffer fines as well in an effort to fill the coffers of California. John Q. Citizen is under siege and they don’t know it. If it were not for the lavish spending and criminal activity of governors prior to Governator Arnold California would not be broke in the first place. It’s the citizens of California who must pay the ultimate price. But who is paying attention anyway?

The cost of operations at farms nationally have sky rocketed because of the rise of fuel. According to one official the price of operations rose dramatically from several hundred thousand dollars a month for fuel to the millions. They will no longer be able to hold the price of carrots or lettuce down. They can’t operate for free and they are close to the red now. Dare I mention the millions of acres of crops destroyed by flooding in the Mid-West?

Knowing what we do about Enrons convincing of Congress to deregulate and form this Enron Loophole you’d think it would be a no brainer to simply seal up this loophole that gave way to speculation and the artificial rise of fuel. Sadly Congress is waffling about with hearings and the like. I venture to say they are heavily invested and profiteering from this Enron/Hedge Fund Loophole and don’t want to upset the ox cart. After all speculators are revving up their motors to assault the price of food. It’s all about the money Paisan.

Since both presidential candidates are backed by corporate interests I doubt there will be any relief in sight for many years to come. Now that corporate interests have entered the “Green Market” we are in for a real joy ride. We will get double talk and eloquent speeches but the bottom line will be their actual objective. Soon we will be the North American Union and the currency will be the Amero. The Constitution of the United States of America will be nothing more than a relic of a once proud nation. Civil liberties will give way to some greater good dictated by corporate run politicians and governments at large. The world has been taken over by a cancer called corporatism like the thieves in the night and we are asleep at the wheel.
